"I will, Sister. It may not be Balor, in which case I shall rejoice - aye?"

"Eye" She says with hope in her tone, "Were aught to happen to you, my threads of goodness would be undone and I would take up the tools of my past." A pause "Shears and needles are.. ." Words get hard "I do not think you wish me to step backwards. "

"Nay, sister."

"I will equip Earl with the means to find me, and the others."

Vashti's antanae perk a little at this assurance "Good. Remember, the enemy bracelet" She gestures to it "Extends. Try not to lose it to the trash even if thou does prefer a size petite"

"I shall endeavor."

Finally Vashti lets a real smile out, and mimes cocvering her mouth "Methinks after this, you will be wearing anything but canary banana for a moon or three"

The mimed cover does not hide her amused and only slightly repentant smile

Then Zara discovers something, while she is stuck in 'floozie mode'... blonde tall and.. stacked... the KITH she can appear as varies with HER will.

She can look like a floozie ttroll. She can look like a floozie Nocker. She can look like a floozie pooka (Cat's ears!). And so on.. she keeps the hour glass shape and the ..yellow. Ugh. But it as if there were quintoplets each a different kith.

Sidhe.. does not quite work.. the cantrip can make her look like a sidhe but that grandeur, the extra beauty is beyond it's ability to create. Looks like she'll have to pick a commoner kith to have folks see her as

Alas 'floozie sluagh' is still floozie

"Oh, this is disconcerting..." at the "floozie sluagh"

It IS, such a sluagh would be a shanda to put it mildy

"High and breathy ?" She starts to say, then at sign being mentioned, she snaps her fingers "Yes, just like I said" Ignoring it being Zara's idea

A soft chuff.

She looks at her sister's illusion, "Truly, how do such women set comfortably? One would think they'd fall over to the side for having such a rounded setting location" Tut

"Or topple forwards..."

"Aye. Tis good is , like a monday at a cathedral, sans mass, or you should hurt your back" A nod "You have the tool I have given, you have a plan, and you have your zaraness, hidden or no. That will let you storm the gates of hell itself. I shall talk to earl first if you wish me to level the landing, but I remind you I AM an eshu and we are terrible liars"

Another soft laugh, and she rumples the pooka's hair.

That causes Vashti to chuckle

And give her sister a hug

"Let's go disappoint Earl, shall we?" A cat pooka bumps her hip against Vashti.

Another chuckle ,and they make their way to Earl. He, is of course, at the gallery. Much of his art has taken space on the walls

He doesn't notice the two ladies at first, as he is painting... a horrific painting... two lovers being torn apart. The woman being pulled from the man's hands by a mirror that appears to be swallowing her, and they are losing their grip on each other

It is popping with the fear of losing half of your heart..forever.

"Love?" Her whisper is the same.

"Yes my hi.." He turns and blinks. He's not UNused to not finding Zara. She's good at hiding... but he wonders if she's hiding behind her sister's wings, and the pooka floozie "Pardon.. Zara?" He tries to look around the floozie as if she wasn't there. Not ONCE does he look at boosom, hip, nor thigh

Vashti's eyes sparkle at this

"My sister has a sense of humour."

He jerks up again, at that voice, the voice he loves, then he notices, at last, a Crow, settlingling on the floozie cat's shoulder and looking content "Zara? Why are you looking like THAT?" Then he remembers what she said, then looks at Vashti "Vashti, undo this, it is n't funny"

"Funny is in the eye of the bane hinder, dear Earl" Vashti tuts "Mine sister is eager to explain rhyme and reason" And she curtseys, and leaves Zara there with him

"Vashti is helping. I... would have preferred she asked, first, aye."

"Are you.. okay in there? " he wants give her a gentle hug but ... it's just so odd seeing her like this "I mean...why is this need ful?"

"She didn't want any Balor to suspect me."

A 'what can you do?' look

"She still has no right to... " A pause "Balor?"

"These carriages. We don't know who all is involved."

"Oh" He grows grim, but nods "I wondered. I tried to stay way from the sluagh gathers. I know you don't do those in such numbers lightly" He looks at her form again "Can I just say, Yellow is NOT your color?"

"This is very temporary."

"I do wish to show you something, ere we go to Northern Ice, though."

"Okay" He says , but cautiously, he puts his brushes away and will get back to the canvas later
