"I was there... I saw when the Wildheart beat the man who was like a father to me , in a duel of magic. An Eiluned, defeated in a sorceror's duel. You're a Fiona, darling. You can't understand the shame. " SHe hisses

"It would be like if I were bested by a boggan in sword play I imagine" He pats her hand "YOu know I had your back."

Zara rolls her eyes.

"I know, but it's all gone sour now. How is Earl so protected? He's not a member of any motley. His family wasn't there. He's not even sworn to that Liam stamplicker... and yet an Oathbroken threatens to take action against us?"

"It is baffling" Ashtok mmmphs "And yes, the Baroness will not be pleased. You know how... conservative she is by Fiona standards"

Zara considers - they might not have realized Earl was Oathed....

And they seem not to... "Oathed. To her. That stick? " The fiona shakes his head "pale cold flesh on bones?" A shudder

"We may well be expelled from the holding. Damn it" Jebel puts her hand to her forehead "There must be a way to avenge but it is obvious Sir Earl is too well protected. He is said to be the Wildheart's favorite Grand nephew"

"But not his only" Ashtok smiles "Maybe it's time to look for..alternatives"

"Other DeBukes off the farm? Mmmm" SHe ponders "Yes, love. sir Earl is suddenly too hot to handle. Others will not be so protected"

Narrow eyes.

"Why then, we need not head back to the Baroness at all, it's hardly atypical to vacation around a holiday" Ashtok assures her "Let's be bold, and fearless. And..we have an excuse"

The Eiluned smiles at him, "A holiday vacation.. yes.." She begins to unbutton her outfit "Well done, my fearless lion. You have rallied me. Now? I will rally you"

He starts to remove his own garb "Oh yes, I always do enjoy a good rally"

It looks like she's about to take him.. in the back of a carriage? FEH! And she has the nerve to judge Zara

Specifically - after those connected to Emmitt, for no wrong, merely some Eiluned's ego.

But then, Jebel and Ashtok seem to think title means superiority.
