************Later at Dinner*

Coradel has aided August with fashion for the feast while they wait for Leonora

She may have teased him about insisting that he wear all black leather, but the dress code for dinner at the Dubois-Rachford house is generally casual.

Of course, the food was likely made by staff unless Coradel or August have been taking cooking lessons

Oh, cooking for themselves at their small home is a weekly tradition. It's not haute cuisine, but it's good and it helps build their mortal home life. Tonight, it's salad by Coradel and Cuban sandwiches by August. When August is checking on the sandwiches in the oven, he gets a little swat on the butt from Coradel.

A knock on the door

"Oh, good...I'll get that. Put the finishing touches on the sandwiches, August, she's here!" Coradel goes and answers the front door in her loose blouse, tight jeans, and bare feet.

Leonora is outside, wearing her own tight jeans and red blouse

"Leo!" Coradel smiles brightly and draws her into a hug. "I'm so glad you could join us. Come on in!"

And she does

Taking her shoes off before entering and putting them to the side

"August is finishing putting dinner together. Do you like Cuban sandwiches?"

"Better than I do their cigars. Should not have tried that, I don't care what their rep says" A kiss on each cheek

A laugh, and the kisses are mirrored. "He's in the final 'artistic touches' stage, so let's let him fuss for a minute. I'm told there's a mission in the works...regarding a certain Thane?"

"Oh yes, Temerity! I was so surprised when I found out"

"I admit, the issue wasn't on my radar, and I feel I should have been paying more attention." She gestures Leo into the living room where they can both take a seat on the sofa.

"Do you think she's interested in venturing into more typically feminine approaches? Or should we stick with rough-and-tumble opportunities for her?"

"Me too" She takes a seat "She was actually wiling to let August arrange a marraige ccording to rumors? For the good of the bannerhouse can you believe it?" Then she considers the rest "Not sure, sometimes we want what we feel we lack"

"Arrange a marriage?! He didn't tell me that. Poor pooka!"

"Well it's hard to tell how serious she was"

"True." She twirls a bit of her hair thoughtfully. "Has she specified a preference about type of partner?"

"I Haven't heard if she has" A consideration "What do you think would be her type?"

"I think...." a pause. "Well, she may have notions of wanting somebody suave to romance her, but I suspect she'll feel the need to alter her true nature in that case, and I can't see that lasting very long. No, I think she'd be happier with a partner who values and respects her worth as a tough, fearless woman."

"I keep imagining her finding a partner at a roller-derby rink, but I'm not sure."

"You're right, insecure guys NOT an option" A smirk "Or maybe a demolition derby"

"Oh, yes! Or...oh, here's a notion...don't some bars have axe-throwing, too? Maybe that would be a good venue to start."

"They do? I Hadn't heard.She'd LOVE that"

"Wouldn't she?! I'll see about finding one, and we'll take her out for the evening. Sass up her look, and have a blast."

"Definitely a good first hunt" Approval

"Now, tell me, what else have you been up to? I've been so busy, and I feel like I haven't really talked to you in weeks."

"It does feel that way" SHe says "Oh not sure where to start"
