"You all looked great in those outfits" Siv says , then asks Vashti "I know I didn't play but can I keep the ... well, this outfit? PIper and Jonas will just love it. "

Vasthi scoffs "What outfits? I see no outfits. PRy not on me these empororer threads"

"They really are splendidly crafted, as always." Praise to the seamstress.

"Most elegant. What thinkest thou, spirit?" She twirls for Earl.

"I think you look great" he says "But you need to lose the pipe. It gets in the way of me kissing you"

"Things that nobody ever said to Holmes."

Bachdion laughs at that as does Siv. Seems Fiona find that one funny

August laughs, and is surprised by it.

"Well then!" She discards the pipe!

Coradel gives August a bright smile at the sound of his laughter.

And Earl kisses his plum paramour

Shallimar pulls out his smart phone, and plays "SHAKE rATTLE AND roLL"

Vashti sighs as he insists on going with the movie bits

Another round of applause as the spirit kisses the birthday girl...and likely gets her lips stained white in the process.

Zara blushes when she comes up for air. But she doesn't look all that guilty.

Coradel murmurs to Bachdion, "We'll make a Fiona of her yet."

Zara and Earl are walzting. No, it doesn't matter what music Shalimar is playing.

And they dance

Like the waves on the ocean of romance.

Vince and Bachdion vanish for a bit, while some folks dance, and then, Yvette comes back to announce "Wehn the Dancing is done, and no rush, please return to the Dining room. there is a cake with birthday candles to blow out. PErsonal gifts to exchange"

Coradel makes not-so-subtle hints until August asks her for a dance, and they are dancing yet when the invitation to move to the dining room is made. "Lovely!"

Zara finishes her dance with Earl, befor floating off to the dining room.

They go to the dinning room murder scene again, where Vince has placeda moldy cake of clumpy frosting .. he may or may not take credit for making but he definitely set it up, with candles ready to light. It's not a large cake. the large cake would be the one nearby for less 'refined non sluagh' tastes. People's presents are laid out as well if they wanted, put away earlier and now brought out. Cards and the like

And the candles are lit. As they are lit, they gift tiny sounds like villagers fleeing the town for fear of witches

Vashti begins playing 'happy birthday' softly, and in minor key

There's a gift from Coradel there, a flat and narrow box closed by a length of ivory lace.

Zara closes her eyes, makes a wish, and blows!

The candles make sounds like drowning victims as they are breathed out and snuffed out. others finish singing

and Earl says "Happy Birthday, my love. TEa or Swamp water?'

"Ohhh..."

"Oh have both, and cake AND presents" Siv fusses

"Little blue is right" Clem says 'no need for restricting"

Siv sighs at the 'little blue' comment. Not her fault that her sister and mother and dad and Dagmar are like HUUUGE

"That's Lady Captain Little Blue, please," Coradel corrects.

"Tea with cake, then."

"Oh shoot, COry you know I'm not big on titles" Chief Clem smiles "But my apologies, Captain"

Siv looks at the Baroness "Appreciate the addendum"

A blink at nickname.

And she sips her drink pointedly.

Clem looks trollishly clueless to pointed drinking and instead has some of the 'typical' cake

food is paused around,And Earl says "A thanks SHOULD be made to the Baronesss, she helped fund this house rental and renovation, as did Leo"

Zara is discreet when she eats her slice of cake, but it does disappear from her plate in stages when no-one is looking.

"This was delightful!"

"Oh, it was well worth the investment, and happy to do it!"

"And of course, Vashti was the one who had the idea of the Clue themes" Earl reminds
