August nods gravely. "You would say so under Oath, and by Gywdion?"

"No, and no" he answers

"Forive me, Baron, but oaths as you know have power. I've already sworn to the baroness, and ttthat should be enough if she insists I reportt truthfully. Secondly," He looks amused "I'm Eilunned. So no Gwydion would help"

"Ah." a bit embarassed "Of course. Apologies.... although, given you -have- oathed to the Baroness it would -be- under oath. So."

"As it pleases, lord, but I am cautious about extra ones."

"Understandably. Thank you for your work, Sir."

"You'rre welcome Baron. If you do have a Gwydion you trust visiting, maybe allow him or her to questtionn the Leanhaun?"

August nods. "Certainly. Baroness Coradel may have some ideas in that direction."

"Exellent. Is there anything else i can help you witth, my lord?"

"I don't think so, Sir, thank you very much for your help."

"You're welcome" the knight bows

August drums his fingers a moment, thinking. Then he sends for Velvet, Tylar, Benny, and if he is at leisure, Vince.

Sends for?! No one SENDS for a King. Vince is in the process of getting into a right argument with whoever came to him, until he hears who requested... and then he responds, meek as a lamb, "Well, why didn't you say so?"

"I DID say so, " Squire Tylar groans, then follows him to join Velvet and Benny

"Thank you all for coming." August greets them "I thought this group would have a unique set of skills and perspectives with which to have a discovery session with our captive." And if needed, he brings everyone up to speed.

"My lord, methinks that lady is no lady." The lion says gravely.

Velvet hisses "no lady indeed. Her manners are those of a trollop"

Tylar says "Those poor people... " thinking of the men coming outt off thier spell, the women heart broken

"She sounds mean" Benny agrees

"Shall I eat her, my Liam? For you, I shall risk indigestion."

"No, Vince." with a gentle smile "In fact, I rather think you would be the best choice to ask questions. Tylar, you and Benny and I might not even appear. Velvet, I wonder what you think the best way to learn information from her would be?"

"Well, if she should be executed, I could cantrip her soul and get of questions answered about Arcadian sidhe" Velvet brightens for a moment "Are her crimes severe enough? I have been ever so curious"

"Ahh... I don't think so. It would be rather... final. And Coradel is, ah, more inventive than that."

"Questions? Aye, perhaps, many a lady melts into my arms for pillow talk." He says. "I shall not offer such a one MY pillow, though. Wouldst have to burn the sheets."

Velvet sighs "Forever denied" then she ponders "if I might suggest, Baron. For a price I might consult my fellow sluagh and see if any know her history?"

August nods. "I am willing to subsidize those questions, within reason, Squire."

"I'll also need to purchase a set of questions thou wouldst find answers to."

"Oh, Vince is hoping to know what you're after exactly" Tylar realizes

His tail swishes approvingly!

"Yes, yes..... let's sit down and work that out?"

"Firstly, for the good of all, I would want to know if this was part of a larger effort; is there someone or something behind it?"

"How long was she able to operate and how was that possible?"

He motions that Tylar or Velvet should record this is they are not already. "What else?"

Velvet is writing it down smoothly

Vince peers over her shoulder and whispers, "You forgot, "...the brave and most wondrous, following my name on the 3rd line." Helpfully.

She arches a brow "It's shorthand" she whispers back

"Very good, very good."

"I suppose it's a long shot, but is it worth asking if she has a list or record of her victims?"

Tylar looks tempted to say something but waits until the list of questions to be asked is finished

"No harm in asking, I suppose. Oh, Tylar, as we go on please ask Magnus if he will visit the house at [address] and see what he can find out? What is it?" he asks, seeing the squire's question in his eyes.

"I was going to say we're already setting up ways to question her former victims , without violating the right of ignorance, to find out what other men might have been members of the 'cult'" He assures

August nods. "Good. I believe we should at least ask her for her side of the story, for the information she is willing to give."

"And we must ask -why- she did it."

"Why else? A desire for lust and power?" Vince growls.

But as quickly as it came on, the growl disappears, and Vince is all smiles. "Surely I will find her side of things."

"Careful, folks must answer pooka, but if on guard they may lie to the liar" Vevelt says

August gives them both a gentle smile. "Well pointed out, both of you."

"It IS my first rodeo." He smiles back.

Velvet blushes "Pardon VInce. I meant no insult"
