"Oh it was great, but crowded... I mean, it's not a small hold, but there's so many folks to petition, or politic, that it seemed like there were always some folks around. More knights than you could shake a stick at. There were 3 other baron titled wards. No wonder they sent me out. I liked a lot about it mind you. Folks tended to leave me alone to do my thing"

"Does Selene leave you alone?"

"Oh, I mean.." he thinks about "She gives me space, but sometimes she's just cleaning quietly nearby, or even pulling up on a chair and watching and I feel... i'm okay with that?"

"Like a fuzzy blanket."

"She's actually rather smooth, but warm yes. She hugged me once and told me I was doing great" He beams "I mean, most of us sidhe have no problem with confidence, but.. it was nice"

"Does she need a hug and a boost, do you think?"

"Maybe" he frowns, not at the pooka, but at the notion "She's always there for me but she doesn't talk about herself much. I should find out ." He continues to eat, then looks at Emma 'Shouldn't I?"

"Mmm. It is nice having a friendly ear, isn't it?"

"It is" he nods "And she deserves one too. I can pull my face out of my screen a LITTLE bit more" For him this is a major sacrifice

"Un scooch more." She holds her fingers just a wee bit apart.

"Hey, maybe I should get her a tablet so we can face time and talk" He beams!

"Orrrrrr... just talk?"

"Ah, I'm not good at that" He says mildly alarmed

"How did you become good at code?"

"I studied, I practiced, I listened to folks who knew what they were doing" he says confused at the seeming subject change

"Does Selene know how to talk to people?" Head tilt.

"Well yeah, she's cool, not a fumbler like me"

"I wonder if she gives lessons?"

A blush then "maybe?"

"How could you find out, do you think?"

Deeper blush "By..talking to her?"

"You are a bright penny. Now, I wouldn't know anything about anyone, but what would happen if you went to the art gallery? And maybe took some of those christmas cookies along with you?"
