"In some variations of the art, one can enter the dreams of others. Now by itself, not enough, but with a touch of soothsay to have it 'help' pick someone to swap with ... I don' know your connection with the Baroness, but I bet getting to know each other has been a thing for you eeh? Good or bad?"

"Again, soothsay... but... what is the nature of that book? I would like to take another look at it..."

"Mmm well, I suppose if anyone were it would be a libaria. But, the damned thing doesn't react well to prying cantrips.. mindn you, it should be more stable than on Samhain, but miht also be less open to omens and such. "

"How did you come upon this book? I fear I do not remember much of my exploration on Samhain..."

A smile "I'm temped to point out you seem to have broken in my room, mucked about, and now want more and more info. Not to be rude, but what do I get out of this exchangee? Despite the delighful company?"

"Surely, you also are interested in reading? I have the special reserve collection..."

"Minerva is the obvious choice, though she would need to prove her worth."

"You suggest a sidhe? I'm almost surprised. "

"I suppose so, I'm a straihtforrward thinker a times. House flaw if you like" A chuckle and sip

"Minerva is not ready. But she has the drive. She must learn humility and discretion."

"Ah, that maybe why her lack of title. Often Dann has a plan. Yes. I'll keep an eye on her thank you. Fine, I'll loan you the book for three days. Be careful with it. Don't want you stuck in the baronness again"

He pulls out the book, a thin square of cloth about it, annd he hands it over

She takes the book with a little bow. "Thank you, Avalanche."

"You're welcome, Breeze. And if anyone asks, I'll tell them you wanted to know if i had knucklebones made with real knuckles."

"They are rather effective for soothsay..."

"I can get some for you on delivery" He says

"Mayhaps. Though there is something to be said for crafting one's own divination aids."

Rosco breaks out in a laugh, a bit loud, but she caught him off guard
