"Precisely." She finishes her tea, and looks to see if August has finished his.

He's close enough.

Zara sips. "I am glad you understand."

"Well...I don't wish to waste your time then," Coradel says with a quick wink. She rises. "Thank you for the tea."

"You are most welcome."

Augst stands as well. "Thank you, Zara." sincerely.

And Coradel leads the way out. She may be eager to let Zara get underway!

Zara allows the two sidhe to depart.

August gives Zara one last awkward, apologetic look, and follows Coradel.

And when the sidhe are outside the closed door, Zara may hear Coradel say, "That went beautifully."

Zara quietly smiles as she eavesdrops.

"I still think this is overblown, Coradel....."

"Well, then we'll find out if it is, won't we!" she responds brightly. "If there's nothing to be found out, we'll know that for certain, and not have to wonder if the duchy is withholding information."

"Word could be on its way even now...."

"And it will be corroborated by our fact checkers. Come now, August...let's go for a ride."

"I suppose I should check in with Wish." he agrees.

She stops him in the hallway and gives him a slow kiss.

"Mm." It surprises him but happily so.

She enjoys his surprise...and when the kiss parts, she murmurs, "I suppose we could go for that kind of ride, yes."

He blushes. "Ah. Did I miss a cue?"

He asks with wide-grey-eyed sincerity.

She winks. "Maybe. Or maybe I'm just teasing. Come...let's saddle up the horses." Making the option far more clear.

"Ah. Ok." He follows, a little lost.

And off for a ride they go.

"Well then!"
