Coradel grins slightly, pleased at the recognition of her husband and the correction with his title. "Then perhaps you could tell us something about what you have done?"

"Ah.. I make my own aps and programs" he says "Learned to code"

"Hm," Coradel considers that a moment. "Funny, that's not the sort of thing I would associate with your House. I tend to think of Dougals as being more...well, mechanical in their endeavors."

"Oh actually" he says seeming to come to life "the Internet Initiative is big among House Dougal!"

"You heard of Dreamsoft? It's a Big deal, Queen Mary Elizabeth herself is behind that! And boy when they found my interest I got a lot of help. I even made my own Chimerica programming languagge, it was part of my own Fior ... it's pretty cool ."

A puzzled look. "Your programming was part of your Fior?"

The notion baffles her.

"Every Dougal has to create something, like other houses might have to fight" he says "For me? It was creating Gryfon programing language.. .now Gryff is subtle, works in the background, you barely notice it.... but when things go down, Gryf is great for picking up the slack and getting things go again... you just hit the RAE ....that's Recall Auto Exec, and bam, Gryff soon has it running again. "

"Oh. That sounds...very useful?"

"So use ful, see it acts like a temporary fae mein to mortal coding" the wilder seems energized "And because it runs on hope, it's been known to even kick lost wifi into gear or allow data recall when you were sure it was gone"

Coradel turns to August with a lost look. For her, technology is her cellphone and the work she must do on the laptop for college, and when it breaks, somebody else makes it unbroken again.

"....but of course I don't need to tell you about VPNS..." His conversation has moved on

August looks just about as lost.

"That's very interesting," Coradel forestalls him. It's a good thing he isn't Gwydion. "So...wouldn't you much rather be situated at a Dougal hold?"

"For some reason they want me here" He seems to lose his energy "And.. I don't feel like crossing their graces" A bit timid

"Well, I understand that." She takes a bit more food before continuing. "We do have some Dougals here. Did Steward Delores introduce you to them?"

"Not yet, I hope to meet them. Though I understand they are more hard ware as opposed to soft ware"
