Marzana returns with almost unseemly haste after but the first day and a half.

And with her, a rather rough looking individual, a redcap. The Redcap is a biracial man with more face piercings than seems hygienically healthy, nose, lips, ears and eyebrow. The thanes give him a wary cautious look. The redcap snorts under his blood red hoody and follows Marzana

"Where the fuck we going again" The redcap asks

"The library, hopefully my friend will be there" She answers, "Please, Mister Krash, do not embarrass me. I bring you along because you are an eye witness"

"Yeah yeah, the library huh?" A snort "Fine. " He stomps after.

The Library is as it is - spiders, Bronte, the pleasant smell of books and tea.

Marzanna enters in with her guest and says "Pray pardon for the intrusion but, I bear news "

"Aye? And company."

"This is Mister Krash, Mister Krash, this is Miss Zara, a kith sister I am oft fond of"

A polite bow. "Welcome. Please, take a seat."

"Sure" Krash takes a seat, flips it around and spreads his legs before sittinng "Look,I'm not big on fancy manners so I'm ask for some slack here seeing I'm here as a witness to something Marzanna says is important"

Zara nods. "One must needs understand other kiths."

"I never thought so" Krash admits "Beyond how to push them when they were in my way but the stuff I've seen lately is spooking me"

Marzanna nods "Go on, Mister Krash, I believe you are getting to the heart of the matter. Tell them of what you observed of the nobles at Scarsdale area?"

Zara pours tea and listens.

"I only saw a few things but it's like fucking disturbing" Krash says "There's this one lady, Mistress D'Vint ap Dougal? She loves restoring old vintage cars from like the forties and stuff.." He's a bit off on decade, but Zara does recall that Dougal woman, elegant, posh ,and very much in her garage. "She was known for paying top dollar for rare partts if you could find them, whether you were mortal or kithain right?"

Zara nods.

"So she comes in, now I don't like Sidhe that much, damn keeblers act like their shit don't stink, and worse, it probably doesn't. But this lady who nnormally pays Top dollar, walks into the same spart parts place I'm checking out for my hawg. And she sees something she wants. Tells the mortal owner she wants it. He apologizes and points to the tag on it that says it's reserved. I figure, oh she's gonna tripple what she offers maybe. No.. she dictums him like that to ring it up at no charge, takes it from him like it's her damn due, and walks off. I NEVER saw her do that before ,never heard of her doing that before. She wanted somethinng, she took it. Now, My kith got no room to bitch about that, but weird right?"

"That... is not normal behaviour, no."

"Not for her.. and I thougght, okay, she's trying Unseelie for a while... but I've seen her Unseelie. Even then she did't treat people like a free buffet"

A nod.

"If it were JUST her, I'd think no big right?" Krash goes on. Unlike Sluagh, redcaps face no stigma for being chatter boxes, "Enter Lady Lolana..." He names a plastic type "She can be shallow sure... but she helped herself to a lake house and chicanaried tthe folks who had been there into thinking they were her servants while she enjoyed THEIR Bed and breakfast. Rumors she had sex with one or both of them are goinng about , but me? I SAW the wife wearing a maid's uniform.. looked cute by the bye ,but the glass eyes were disturbing. Lolana wanted, she took, but this is so close to dream rape I can't believe the bitch did it, but there you are. I kind of inquired, and she told me to mind my own business, and called me a peasant." A snort

"The hell?"

"What I said" He snorts "Now those are the two things I witnessed. I mean, Lolana is a Fiona but shit."

Marzanna says "I brought mr. Krash because he is.. well, forgive, a relatively unbiased Witness , not of the Court of the hollow but a resident near it. He knows their usual habits better than I in some ways for I am , by local standards, a new comer"

"It ain't like Alabster Hollow at all.... the nobles there were work aholics, even the assholes were smart enough not to do whatever the hell they wanntned" Krash says "Now they are. "

"And Dornklippe seems... absent?"

Marzana says "I saw other things too, witnessing the matters. Kinian bullied, nobles jumping to the head of the line of the line. Dornklippe seems tired, weary, but the Chancelor is there. Indeed, she seems to be popular with the nockers, and some boggans, throwing more resources into creation, happy to lend a hand in many projects herself, and allowing more leeway or even making commisions of her own. But it seems as if anyone with a title is allowed by her to do as they see fit. she may fuss at them, but they merely nod then do what they want anyway.. Nor is it just sidhe nobles. Any noble. But the sidhe nobles most of all." Marzanna says "Zara, Alabaster Hollow has..tensions building over this. The trolls, ever loyal, are looking more and more displeased. You know what eventually might happen with displeased trolls"

Zara nods. "Trolls will do as they deem right."

"Are they sworn to this new chancellor?"

"I do not know, but I suspect not" Marzanna says "Forgive. I did not get close enough to retrieve the object you desired" She doesn't mention hair by name "I will try again"

Krash says "Look, those two incidents are the only things I witnessed with my own eyes, but speaking for the few redcaps in the area, if someone trash that shit on us or our OUR dreamers, we're likely to punch an elf."

"And that's us being NICE" he adds

Marzanna shrugs. By redcap standards it is quite politte

"Obviously, it is uncouth to abuse another's Dreamers."

"And yet, the sidhe are now partaking of dreamers, no ravaging that I saw, that others worked hard to muse" Marzanna fusses

"It seems a recipe for unrest."

Krash says "Marzanna said you might have questions. I don't fucking know if I got answers but... ask away if you do"

"Have you met the nocker yet?"

"Yeah, met her. She seemed likable" he says "Which is weird, because she also gave off this harmless vibe? "

"How is that odd, Mister Krash?" Marzanna asks

"I'm a redcap," he explains "To us, Harmless isn'tt likable, Harmless is weak, weakness is annnoying and we get the urge to bully it. We're dicks, but it's how we're wired. we respect strength or at least power. If something doesn't harm, then it's weak. yet I liked her? Not my usual instinct"

It would appear Krash is remakably self aware for one of his kith

"Aye. I have seen that effect."

"Yeah well, that's why it's weird" he says "You two got any idea what's going on?"

"I am uncertain what this nocker hopes to gain... besides, it seems, some level of chaos?"

"Hey, we redcaps are normally all for Chaos, but jus so you know, we're not goingg to be nice about it. If the system's breaking down, " Krash says "We're likely to make it like the Hatiian revolution over here"

"Mm." Sip. "If the sidhe do as they please with kinain and dreamers, are commoners far behind?"

"Kind of what I meant" He says "But I guess it's not the caps you have to worry about if we cause trouble. We almost always do it first"
