Welcome to the Dungeon, we got fun and games....

Ahem.. the Dungeon of Earth Runes still looks rather Eiluned at times, shadowy, mysterious so on

But there's Rollo, who bows to the Baron "Prisoners aren't giving much lip"

"That is well. Will you accompany me? They may need to speak, but I have brought paper and pen."

"Sure thing, you're the boss, well, behind the Baroness I guess" Rollo says and follows

"Always." not without humor.

August nods to Rollo to open the cell door and light the space within.

The cells are not heavily full, but there are others besides the two sidhe. Seneca is glaring from his Cell to Mirwin. Mirwin seems deflated. A redcap in one cell has an exagerated Cone collar about his head but seems suprising okay with it. A clurichaun sleeps a drunk off.

And Rollo opens the door and turns up the light

Seneca seems surprised "Is our ransom already paid?"

"Hello Seneca. Mirwin. No, but I have word about it."

"What is your relationship to the Chancellor at the Hollows?"

"Guzrela?" Seneca says "She's the chancellior, there's no more relation than that. Why?"

Mirwin shrugs "Nepotism happens" As if that explains it

"Why did you come here?"

"For Carnivale" Seneca says testaily

"We heard you were set up all cozy here and decided to have some fun with you" Mirwin says confused "I thought we confessed to that much?"

"You did say that, yes. I'm just.... baffled that would be enough to bring you here."

"Because we heard you got high and mighty, and a baron? A nobody like YOU?" A snort from Seneca

"He's not a nobody anymore, Seneca" Mirwin says "He beat me fairly"

"Thank you, Mirwin." a nod of acknowledgement.

"Please don't mention it" Mirwin sighs. Clearly getting trashed by a Liam was embarrassing

Octa taps away... morsing at the baron

He 'listens' carefully.

'Who Did They Hear it from specifically? She eyes 8 eyes them... then also taps Want me to slap one around?

August looks thoughtful. "Hm. No, I don't think that's necessary. Gentlemen, -who- told you I 'got high and mighty'?'

"Oh, that boggan flake...Alf.. he didn't say you got high and mighty, just that you were a real inspiration and he always thought you were nice. He says that about everyone but he actually went on about YOU of all people" Seneca snorts.

Alf being a boggan of the staff might be remembered as one of the few folks who took showed pity to those bullied. He had janitorial duty.. meaninng he could often turn a blind eye if a room needed to be left as a haven

August nods slowly.

"We got some other liams in the area. Treat you like a success story. " Mirwin says "Gets annoying."

"I think you will have an opportunity to develop a thicker skin to that sort of thing." he observes gravely.

"So on the bases of a once-off comment by this Alf, you decided to come here for Carnivale." he muses, giving Alf some cover for his kind words.

"Well yeah, what with everysidhe being encouraged to have some fun, we decided it was our kind of fun to revisit you" Seneca says "Did't know you'd legal us into prison or that Mirwin was off his game"

"Screw you, Seneca" Mirwin says at that

"Did you tell anyone about your plans?"

"Yeah, the Chancellor... in case we showed up for duty late.. I mean, we said 'we'd be in Grass', didn't say we were going to give you grief for our kicks" Mirwin recalls

"She said if we needed more time just let them know, she's kind of a push over" Seneca remarks

August smiles gently. "I see."

Tapping from Octa There must be more to this than that. But I think this maybe all they know and they don't seem to be lying. The game's afoot!

"Thank you, Gentlemen. If you think of anything else, please let Rollo or another thane know."

"Sure, how about a hot tub?" Seneca says

"How about a boot in the ass?" Rollo says

"I think not." not unkindly "Someone will inform you when next steps are to be taken. Good day."

And he steps out of the cell.

And it seems he is done. At least with those two. Octo paces. One could imagine if she had a deer stalker cap small enough, she would don it.

August carries her carefully on his shoulder back to Zara.
