"How come I get the feeling she keeps secrets from you?" The Fiona asks

"As is her right," Earl says "She's my lady, and a sluagh, and I love that part of her." He insists

She shakes her head "Wow. You are... well, I guess it works for you both" A smile "Quite the pair... artist.. and writer"

He smiles fondly "Yeah, it works and.." he looks at her "oh dear"

"yeah, I know. Love her stuff. Mind you, she could have just had her protagnist talk them into sharing..."

"No, no she reallly couldn't" he hurumphs

"Trolls are fun to tease" She says "I'll got make arragments for Valentine's Eve and Day for you and Zara at the.." Confused look "Oldest hotel there"

"Thank you" he says

And off she goes. Earl feels. Better. He will make amends to his lady properly for daring to have quest without her
