"Thank you, Miss Zara" While she's never been disrespectful, there's a lot more respect in that MISS now than there was before

"how.. how did you piggy back that hiding magic onto your seeing magic?" Minerva whispers "it's almost.. like mixing fire and water"

"Ah - you must needs cast a cantrip upon the magic, itself."

"Tricky, for it can blunt detail - but when there's a strong kenner at the target, worthwhile."

Her eyes widen "I.. would that i could"

"I would not advise it without some study of the realms."

"And while chicanery is one of my weaker skills, I am fairly confident with soothsay"

Magnus chortles not softly enough "Fairly confident she says"

"She's stronger than you too" not a question, from Minerva to Magnus

"In the realm of Fae, absotively" Magnus bows to Zara

"Ah, but then watch me in a swordfight. There are tradeoffs for everything."

"Sounds sweaty" The fledge wrinkles her nose at the mention of swordplay

"She's Eiluned all right" Magnus says

"Agreed. And loud."

"So very loud" She nods "it's like.. okay yes, you're clearly good at killing, could you do it quietly?"

The Seer and the Detective exchange looks of quiet amusement

A soft chuff of almost-laughter. "Ah, you are a most sensible fledge."

And then Coradel declares she was right they never needed a plan.

Minerva who was smiling at the praise and almost laughter, is stunned "She didn'tjust say that"

"She did" the Seer says "You get.. used to it"

Minerva almost shudders at the notion of 'getting used to that'

A sigh.

"Come, celebratory tea on me." Magnus offers

"Tea will help, yes." She dismisses the cantrip. "Minerva, have your lessons included proper serving yet?"

"No, I do not believe so, though the Seer has been very busy." not wanting to disparage her mentor

"You will find no finer tutor in the ritual of tea than the Slaugh, if Miss Zara does not mind, I leave this to her expert demonstraations" Almandine says. Though due to his dating of Demona..he's quite good himself

"Seer Almandine is modest - but aye, I shall show you how to be a proper hostess. It is a skill that will serve you well."

She nods quietly, "Please and thank you."

Zara goes with the sidhe, to demonstrate and enjoy a proper and decorous tea.

Minerva is quite attentive in this. And remembers to say hellos to the spiders as well. At least one has become her regular ..supervisor. (Spy is a guache word)

And even Magnus is polite, if still prone to talking too much.
