Adam grins when Alanza appears, nods to her. He stands near Tylar, watching. Dame Leonora might be slightly distracting to him.

Leonora for her part is like "Okay, sounds good to me." Then she ask "How much for the half cloak?"

Adam drifts closer to Alanza.

Alanza is talking to Rollo "Here I'll talk to him... and maybe save Dame Leonora"

The mortal boy (or sleeping Sidhe) tags along.

Alanza moves to the Eshu in Green before he dcan name prices "You sly old fox, be reasonable here... for while you are on the door you are a guest none thelss... we'll get you wine, bread, you'd not refuse that? Maybe a pinch of salt?"

The Eshu in green grins "oh little sister, such gifts are not needed, the road is my home..."

"Oh, but I insist" Alanaza says Smiling in a way that shows teeth almost like they were fangs

And sure enough, it's brought to the man, and he partakes in a way that is.. new to Adam. he's not seen Eshu interact

But once it happens, the salesman's prices do go down and he's just a bit more honest about his wares

Alanza turns to Adam, "Thanks for letting me know, Adam. He should be a fairer deal now. But we have to protect him he's attacked while here. We would anyway but that's not the point. "

"Well, yeah." a bit blankly "Hospitality."

"Exactly, but for some Eshu, wine, bread, and salt really lock good manners. Not all but.."

That's when a car horn honks

Adam looks up and over at the honk.

There's a satyr there in a car "Lanza..come on"

And he recognizes the guy! the Stripe!

"There's my date," Alanza says to Adam "See you"

((This was the guy that was after the eshu kinain in NJ, right?))

((At the gloaming, threatened Adam if IIRC but got banned from the area))

((Right.))

"Hey, Alanza... I know that guy. Bad news. If you go, be careful, ok?"

She laughs and looks at Stripe "Hey Stripe, are you 'bad news'?"

"That's me" He winks "Bad news." A look over at Adam, for a moment his eyes harden, but then he puts on a smile "But I offer GOOD times"

"Sounds all right to me" And ALanza dives into Stripe's care and his car for that matter.

Stripe gives Adam a smug look through the windshield, and peels out

"Careful!" Adam call after her as she dives in, and Stripe gets a hard look before he leaves
Adam sighs.

"Damn it...." worried.

Rollo comes up , t he Burly thane may look like a ill tempered shorter rounder version of Pop-Eye and never seemed to show Adam much respect, (not a lot of DISrespect per se) but now he says "That guy, trouble huh?"

"Yeah. I'm worried for her but...."

"I'll keep an eye out for her.." Rollo says "I didn't like the vibe off that horned jackass."

"Thanks, Rollo" a shoulder pat, brisk. "If she runs into trouble, I want to run in after her."

A brow at the shoulder pat, "My mother patteed my shoulder once. Goes by the nickname Southie now"

"Oh I wonder how I'd look in JUST this sash?" Leonora beams buying something else

"Sorry, man...." Adam lifts his hand away, then heads and turn to look.

"Ah, it's okay, just when you're a short guy it can..." But he turns too

The 'sash' is so shear you can SEE glipses of skin through it

Adam exhaled longingly.....

And forgets to breath in.

Rollo says "It's amazing any work gets done here"

He makes a strangled noise.

Leonora turns "Hey Adam. You want to buy something?"

He sucks in air to say "Anything..."

She then STEPs to the side, clearing ap ath to the tent

Adam approaches. The tent is a secondary target, however. "Dame. Uh. I hope.... you are having a good day?"

"Pretty good thanks" She smiles "I like shopping. "

"Will you let me but that for you?" He makes eye contact and smiles.

"No" She laughs "Adam, I'm rich"
