Adam has his inner sidhe still subdued

"Hm." Frown.

She picks up a pack of cards. "Adam, please split this deck if you would please."

"I tend to leave mysteries to the wilders" the silver tipped goat smiless

"Feh!"

Adam takes the deck from her and cuts it.

A firm nod, and she drifts off to set out the cards in a tarot spread.

Adam watches dubiously.

Zara sees an image of a seed. It lays there...then rattles and rolls about.

Another hand walks by, and picks the seed up. She smiles, and puts it in the earth,.

Then SHE turns into a flower.

Head-tilt.

Then the flower shines bright, but the girl is gone

The omen ends.

Bachdion reads one of the books he got "Oh this is hilarious. A dragon discovers he can be an adventurer and get class levels."

Zara frowns at her cards.

Bronte flutters to the new book

Zara thinks perhaps the kith sister saw a link to Adam, rather than Adam himself.. the omen is telling her much but the language speaks not of him. Of someone he met?

"..have you met someone recently? A young woman?"

Adam looks up from the book Bachdion was flipping through, where he was sneaking a peek. "I meet young women all the time." with a rakish grin.

"Partially because he hunts them down like your bookwyrm seeks new librams"

"Feh. No sense of decorum."

"Any who stand out?"

Adam does stop to think about it. "Uh. Well. Alanza... but I haven't seen her in a while." He frowns. "Crap, I guess I've been working with my mentors and Sir Sergei a lot. I haven't really left the Freehold. Oh, except for today. Sir Bachdion and I did go to try and help some people who got evicted. A mom and her daughter." Then he brightens with a grin. "She was pretty."

Bachdion looks up at that from his novel "yes, the o Connels. they fell on hard times."

And Adam shares his grin with Bachdion.

"Adam was polite, helpful, and brave" Sir Bachdion says "The poor mother and daughter had been evicted by an Autumn Person."

Adam scowls again in reaction to the mention. "We gotta figure that out, Sir. Stop him."

"Working on it, brave Sancho"

"A human daughter?"

"Or... seemingly human..."

"They'd got a lot of banality we were working on removing, but I don't think they're kinian, let alone kithain." Bachdion ponders "though, again, the Autumn Person had been working them over"

"Maybe not fae. Maybe a Dreamer..."

"But I think there is aught there."

"Well, that's GOOD news then," A pause "Though Not sure how one of your kith sisters in Quebec knew about it"

A gentle shrug. "We have ways."

Adam looks lost.

"Wait, so, she might be like me? Or a Dreamer?"

"Aye."

"I cannot say for certain, but yet... it is you who are needed."

"Me? But... I can't really do anything."

"There are no others like you, Adam" he says

She rolls her eyes.

"FEH. 'Can't do anything' - giving up before trying."

Bachdion looks amused

Adam bristles. "I'm not giving up before I try!" emphatically "But I don't have magic. I have a sword but I can't Enchant anyone or make Glamour or anything."

"Can I run Graves through?" he asks Bachdion.
