The dog eats all put before it. In fact, one has to be careful not to let it eat too much at once.

Adam, knowing you can eat yourself sick, feeds the pup carefully. And, slowly.

The dog growls if Adam gets near HIS food.

Adam respectfully withdraws and lets the pup eat.

"Ok, so...." he says "I'll look, see if you're missing from somewhere. Ok?"

a soft wag as the boy backs off, and then the dog finishes and looks at him like he's trying to figure out Adam

Adam offers his hand.

Just that. Just an invitation, open, willing.

a sniff and...muzzle in hand

"Ok." He looks at Sir Bachdion for help.

"You ok?" Adam relies on his experience. "You want to come in?"

Adam brings the dog, if he can.

"It's fine lad"

The dog follows and seems scared nervous but eager about..well, everything

Adam takes the dog in, cleans him, and goes back out to clean the car; that last is a spiritual duty as well as a promise.

He longs to drive again... this car handled so sweet, but for now, cleaning up is a must

Hey, even cleaning the car is an act of love. This car is going to be CLEAN.

Soon, that charger is looking like it came off the lot yesterday, it shines in the light

And it is late. Adam is a teen and ready to stay up and sleep in, but........

"My goodness, lad. You're working hard. Come in, come in, the car looks fine" Granddame Bondraste says

Adam looks up. "GrandDame? Oh, uh, ok......" Adam picks up the bucket and supplies.

"I hear you saved a life by quick instincts at the wheel"

"Oh, that.... nah, I mean...... If you're going to drive you have to be responsible, right?"

"Definitely, now, come in, tell me about this dog "

"I put him in the kennels but away from the Fae dogs." He offers, walking her there with an offered arm. "He seems to be mostly hungry and scared."

"You'll bring him around"

"I'll do my best." Adam agrees.

"Maybe that nice eshu girl will help you with him?" Slyly

He grins. "Maybe. I'd like that."

"Well, how handy"

A chuckle

Adam swallows a yawn. "Yeah. I mean....I want to tell Alanza about him."

"Go shower, and sleep" She motions him to head on.

and sleep does, indeed, await.

"You sure? I mean, I can walk you to ...wherever."

"PArt way then" she allows, then diverts him to his own room

He sleeps soundly
