Adam almost squirms in his chair. "Nothing! I mean, let's do this!!"

"Patience is not a house fiona virtue" She looks at Zara "Don't you find that so?"

"What, I'm excited!"

"Nay, they do tend to run headlong."

"just commenting on how you seem quite suited to the House, Adam." Grand Dame Bondraste says and nods to Zara "Fortunately enough find it endearing that they keep inviting us. Speaking of which, Miss Zara, please allow me to return the kind invite of tea to you some time? You've been far more gracious than this meddlesome old shining hostess deserved"

"You have been a pleasant guest, Granddame."

"But a red and silver reflection of my hostess' manners which are pleasant indeed." She looks at Adam "A lady is ready rise from her seat, Adam, please."

Adam pops up and gets her chair.

"Thank you" She stands using her staff for support, and again, her feet make no scuff, no sound. "I'll make sure they have a room ready for me to stay at if need be.. and alert Sir Serqei among others not the least of which Baroness Coradel. We'll 'do this'"

Adam beams, leans forward, then stops and retreats. "May I kiss you, Grand Dame?"

"Young man, you most certainly may" She says

He gives her a sweet kiss on her soft cheek.

A pleased smile, "Thank you Adam. " She pats his cheek in return, "Now thank Miss Zara for her aid, and study those books. You will find that much of it does relate to the dreams Fiona inspired in others"

He scoops the books up eagerly, much more animated. "Thank you, Miss Zara."

"You are welcome." A grave nod.

Adam turns to GrandDame Bondraste. "May I walk you out?"

".... or.... or wherever?"

"Please, I can use a sturdy arm" And she takes his if he offers it "Thank you again, Miss Zara. Good day to you" And out they slip

He takes it, smiling proudly, and escorts her any-damn-where she likes.
