"THIS I know" She says "Come on, let's see if Bachdion still wants to cchat with you or wants to wait until you're recovered"

Adam nods and follows.

And through the hold proper they go. A note left for Emma apologizing for the taken bandages but explaining why.

"More massage lessons?" A wave from Leonora as she walks by

"Nope, Leo. Though you may see him around more..hopefully less wounded " Siv says

Adam glances, then watches, but not with all the intensity he's shown in the past. Maybe it's the pain; he does look a little worn.

"Hey hold up..." leo says and calls for "Thistlesnort!"

Wag? And the great antlered Beast comes majestically across the hall... he sniffs Adam.

"Thistlesnort, I know you can only help a little, but... do so will you?"

.... who holds very still.

WIth that, Thistlesnort props himself up, front paws now using Adam as a wall, and he LICKS the arm

While the wound does not heal entirely- it feels a LOT better.

"That's... that's better." the mortal admits. "Thanks, uh, Thistle...?"

"Woof" Wag wag

"Down, Thistlesnort" Leonora says "That's THistlesnort, my basselope"

"Thistlesnort. Right. Thank you. And thank you, Dame Leonora."

"Not a problem, cutie" She smiles and scratches Thistlesnort between the antlers, as moves off. That perfect ass moving in those huntress leathers.

Adam swallows, watching.

Siv says "You know? I can't blame you. Come on" She moves along with him towards the Pub

"Huh?"

"Catching the show, Leonora's got that whole 'hot action girl' vibe down pat."

It takes a beat, then Adam is aware of the outside world again. He moves to keep up with Siv.

And down the hallway steps, past a wooden door. And into a room are two satyrs (And possibly a lion pooka?)

(Possibly curled up asleep in the stockroom for a later reveal?)

Adam follows Siv in.

Sir Bachdion is a graybeard, but stylishly dressed, like a musketeer ...

Jack the Bartender, well, he's more blue collar

"Adam, this is Sir Bachdion ap Fiona, and this is Jack .. no realation to OUR Jack.. a damn find slinger of drinks"

Adam offers Bachdion a bow, and something similar to Jack.

"Easy kid" Jack says "I work for a living"

"Have a seat, Adam" Bachdion motions "I picked this spot because it's not too formal. I wanted to get to know you"

"Yes sir." Adam sits as bid, a bit careful of his arm but not nursing it too much.

"Mmm trouble I take it?" He asks Siv

"We handled it, but yes. I'll let the rovers know" Siv nods

"What'll it be, Siv, New kid?" Jack grunts to her and Adam

"Uhh.... coffee?"

"Okay."

Siv says "Spiced rum"

And drinks are served.

Bachdion says "Now, Adam. Tell me about yourself"

Adam takes his one-handed and sips it, then sets it down. "Uh. I'm supposed to be a junior in high school. Varsity basketball. I was born in upstate New York near West Point; just my mom and me till she met dad and they got married. They had Lily. Last year (OOC ?) we moved to New Jersey and... that's when I started seeing Chimera and stuff. And...." a glance at Siv ".... uh, one day at the lake this... crab-thing came out of the water and everyone around me started attacking it. I could see it, but I couldn't do anything about it. Siv Enchanted me, and then I -could- help attack it. We defeated it and.... and that's how I found out who everyone was. And then they found out I could see them even after the Enchantment wore off."

Bachdion listens, and sips "Quite the rare and dangerous gift. You must have felt as if you were going mad" sympathetically

"A little. Mostly I was excited and happy."

"I mean.... if you're going to go crazy, this is the way to go, right?"

"He liked changeling girls" Siv says helpfully

"Who doesn't?" Jack says matter of factly

"Indeed" Bachdion nods agreement "Women are wonderful. Not to be taken for granted"

Adam nods.
