Charity is glad Vince got a chance to talk to the Baron and Baroness. He's very sensitive

and she enters the library with the trickiest job there is. To dust, but not too much.

"Miss Zara? It's time again." Charity the boggan coughs "Steward Delores believes the dust has started to pile up a bit too much"

"How will you ever get dust bunnies? Nay, a little more time..."

"Miss Zara, the slaugh standards for dust are the marvel of the fae world," Charity tries to remember what Delores suggested. Be complimentary but firm "But others are having.. trouble. Other kiths I mean. Shalimar sneezed the other day and ended up clogged. Vince's tail was trailing dust down the hallways after walking trhough once. And it's not just pooka."

Zara fusses.

"You mustn't sweep under the science shelves... there are baby dust bunnies there, they shall never thrive..."

She nods "very well... but can I ..reverse the dust devil and blow them back further? Lowest setting"

A concerned look. "Would that harm them?"

"Here, I'll let you judge" she offers and takes out the device, turns the dial to one, and reverse, and holds it out "Put your hand heree to feel the pressure"

She tests

Mmm very liight setting.. they will be a touched dazed and pushed back but not truly hurt

Fuss. "you must needs be careful." But it sounds like an agreement.

"i will, and thank you. there was some discussion of putting in an airfreshner, but Delores says librarians tend to love the smell of books and you weren't likely to ..encourage other scents"

"The books have their own pleasant aroma, nu? Dust and vanilla and old leather..."

"That would be a no to the strawberry incense" Charity deduces

"....Aye."

"be just a moment, Miss Zara. You can go off for a bit of stay right here. Which ever you feel more comfortable with. "

She makes a face. "It shall be terribly loud.. I.. I believe I shall fetch a cup of tea, in the meantime."

"Yes, Miss Zara. Thank you. I will be very careful"

Zara departs, feeling rather like a dragon forced to depart her horde.

But the vacuum is an intolerable thing...

Soon the whir sounds are in the distance.

"Can I help you, Miss Zara?" THane Oswald asks politely

She rubs a spot behind her ear. "Ah - pardon? Nay, no... I am going to get some tea."

"Ah, cleaning day again" he guesses "i'm sorry. If you like i can bring tea to your room?"

A little smile. "You are a kind and considerate gentleman, Thane."

"Well" he says "just trying to touch the good side of the force is all. I'll have it up shortly." He assures

Hand on her chest and a bow over it. "My gratitude."

He copies the gesture "My pleasure" And he moves to go get that tea

Zara enters her bedroom and looks about.. really looks about. Slowly and surely she has shaped this bedroom to be more and more to her liking. More than that, everything is increasingly personalized JUST for her tastes.

Well, except for the fact the bed here is 'extra long'

Well, she does need room for company....

She is happy at Earth Runes.

what an odd realization. Not just the library, though that is where her heart is most... well. But here is also... mmm

alas, she is unlikely to make a trod from this bed room to the bed room in scarsdale

Then there is a knock at the door, "Miss Zara?"

"Aye?"

"Just Thane Oswald. Steward Delores prepared the tea herself when she heard it was for you"

She crosses over to quietly unlatch the door. "Aye?"

The tea is ready, oh how nicely arranged, the saucer and such has the nicest lacing. It would appear the Steward is giving her a thanks.. subtly, for her understanding of boggan fussiness and needs.

"Please send my thanks to our Lady Steward, would you?"

"Gladly" he says and withdraws

Zara sits at her chair, with tea.

Blessed, quiet, tea.

Indeed. She savors the tea, it is quite well done. Delores is observant and has indeed seen how Zara likes it, and her usual blend.

And yet, wait.. is there the smell of another tea?

Pause.

Sniff.
