Zara has received word. Siv is gone undercover. Has been for several days. Few if any know this. Not even her parents.

Siv is a slippery beast...

Fortunately the spider Zara had sent to watch personally isn't...at least not to Zara

Zara is not above cheating.

And so, her magic focuses on Undecim.

Oh how fuzzy the image of the woman.. Siv no doubt, wearing a face not her own. But someone is talking to her, "Damn COVID making it harder to move cargo" Someone is telling her "But the riots are drawing attention so now's our chance."

Nose-wrinkle.

She gets a view... Kinian..most likely a mix of satyr and redcap judging by his wide grin and hirsuite nature...not enchanted.

She'll know him if she sees him again...

The sound of seagulls

The spider says the area they're in is partly under ground, she ratther llikes the shelter it provides from the sun.

She encourages 11 to go exploring

And so she does...

A parking garage? Deserted...

Earl peeks in the library "All well?"

Zara doesn't answer, intently staring at her teacup.

Earl knows better than to intrude on that and is very quiet... for a troll

11 stumbles past the twenty people in chains... mostly women and girls but not all

and a voice 'you know how to handle a truck? That could be useful'

Zara bristles.

A cold man walks along, checking the restraints.

His banality threatens to end the cantrip

Zara pushes some of her own into it, to sustain it.

She gets a look of him..the man is Latino... a scar along the left side of his face.

She burns that face in her memory.

He checks the teeth of one of the restrained women. There is little lust, little passion. Just a cold greed. These people are property. He is dangerous to changelings, but mostly because of proxmity. One can only hope Siv won't be around him long.

Hissssssssss.

She has his face memorized... the kinian seems to send him away..a lot. Perhaps, even unenchanted he knows better than to stay close to this border line autumn person

"Hmph."

Does Siv appear to be working as muscle?

Hard to visualize her, but by using her arachnid friend.. .. oh.. she's taken the form of some sort of large muscular snake pooka. a real bad egg. At least, she thinks that's Siv.

It's very blurry

Hm. Jonas?

Jonas has taken a form she might approve of, a black cat. Back up. And if she watches long enough, he comes in, rubs against the legs of 'might be siv' and feeds her glamour disecretely

A nod of approval.

Good.

The spell finally ends... but Zara is sure she knows what part of the city Siv is in, and at least 20 innocents

"...oof." She presses slender fingertips against her temples.

And finds Earl pouring a new cup of tea

"You were focused rather hard. "

"Siv is very difficult."

"In more than one way" He smiles slightly

"I am grateful Undecim volunteered."

"Is Undecim in danger?"

"She is clever. There is a damn-near autumn person working there, so... keeping distance."

"And Jonas is looking out for Siv."

"Jonas grumbles, often in high vocabulary, but he certainly acts more than.. well, trolls are protective but.. I think he has truly fallen for her"

"Aye. And good."

"They enjoy arguing. Now, let me describe faces to thee, for sketching..."

"I thought you might need that" He brought pencil and pad. Not his usual art tools, but quick..and he can elaborate later
