"Or i should say 'more' terrifying"

"Mmm - aye, the latter." A kiss.

He bends down to receive the kiss properly and smiles "I've put up some new samples of my work in the gallery. Not sure the Baroness will let me keep them up. But I've been inspired of late"

"I saw. I especially like the one with the pale horse spreading dead vegetation in its wake..."

"Thank you, I guess it's the farm boy in me. Apparently others find it unsettling .. I took it as praise."

"High praise."

"Oh... not sure if you've seen it, but the new Swashbuckling Course is up. Siv seems to be considering it HER domain... but half the time it seems the local pooka are roaming it in animal form. Skunks, Opposums, and more wandering around"

"... please, do not tell anyone... but that's adorable."

A grin "Your secret is safe with me, and it totally is. Siv seems to take it in good stride."

"I am not sure, but I think there are some areas a where only small animals- and squriming sluagh could fit"

"Thoughtful."

"Not sure if they did it on purpose or it's just happy chance. Either way," He moves to her, "I Know folks are discouraged from travel and the like...but I was thinking of spoiling you somehow soon." He's in a good mood

"Oh?"

"Yes. Would you like to walk abandoned theaters? Or slip into deserted museums?"

Her eyes sparkle. "Why, my Artist, that sounds like a most thrilling endeavour..."

Earl takes her hand and kisses very lightly on her knuckles, "With your company? I know it will be. So think on it, my lady. Of places sealed and shut, and how we can wander such shadowed halls freely. Which most appeal to you? Let me know, and I wll try to make it so"

"It has been some time since I have acquired a new pen..."

"Well, perhaps the Egyptology section of a London Museum has a pen the staff left behind? "

A smile and a soft shake of her head.

"That Motel six that was closed near River City?"

"Mmm? No."

"Any specific place then?"

"The Louvre."

"Oui" he smiles "We shall have to compare time zones so we arrive in the evening I think"

"Aye... under cover of darkness..."

A kiss along her hand, this time the inner wrist, "Then we'll pick the best time, and go then. You and I, in a place empty of all other voices save the whispers of history"

"To have all the time and quiet I wish..."

"I shall be as quiet as a large blue mouse" A promise

She kisses his knuckles and nods. "I know thou wilt have much to gaze upon, also..."

"Oh yes. I'm going to be lost, deliciously so. The works there that..well, I don't have to tell you."

"Precisely."

"By the pricking of my thumb" Bronte says "Something wicked this way comes... a hiss"

And footsteps as a child runs anew.

"one tried to get the courage to come back," Earl said, then smiles "Nice work, Bronte."

The little dragonling looks pleased with herself.

"Well then... let's see who is so bold..."

They peek out, but do not see the childling. Whoever has already raced beyond viewing.

Zara checks for... traces.. tokens...

Her keen eyes find signs of cathair

"Ah." A nod. "She is the boldest of the bunch."

"Indeed" he says "Their leader. One day she's going to pull it off, you mark my words. "
