"He is a... dare I say it... a cad! A blaggart, a rotton poleca-" And he turns a stunned look towards Siv, so surprised that the hood falls from his face. And the light gleams upon him, glittering and pure, reflecting off a thousand, thousand tiny flecks of light - it's quite a stunning look, actually... though as he moves, it sheds...

"Thou, Captain?"

Jaw-drop. "Oh dear."

"oh wow..there was GLITTER in there? I..." a cough "Looks good on you actually, Vince. You pull it off. But... I'll help you get it out"

A single tear tracks down creating a light trail on his cheek. "That he has perverted your sweet soul to his evil deeds..." But he reaches out and gently pats her on her arm. "Very well, yes. You may."

Siv looks SO guilty "he.. I was swayed it was some kind of tradition to test sneaking skills and...oh I'm sorry" She catches the tear, "here, by this bench, you lay in my lap and I'll get that out if it takes all night"

"I wouldst not wish to stain the showers with this taint, so I shall require a soaking tub set up in my boudouir, and the waters should be steaming, not scalding. Mmm, the tub holds about 50 gallons, so 10 trips should suffice from the kitchens, if you're prompt enough that it shan't overcool. I shall await you with my shampoos and conditioners."

He had that math ready worked out in his head - one might think this is not the first time he has organized such a bath.

August watches, not quite sure what to do.

"I ..well, I said I'd do it. " She rolls her sleeves up "50 gallons, 10 trips"

"And don't worry. My hair lotion is very soothing, so it will ease any chapped hand from hauling. Tut tut, before I infect more of the grounds..." He waves her along.

Siv sighs "A King repays her debts" And she moves off, 'tut tutted'

Once she is out of earshot, Vince turns to August, and his eyes gleam (almost as bright as the glitter). "Wouldst thou convey a message for me?"

"Of course, Vince." With kind sympathy.

"To one Jester Shalimar, expressing my most sincerest thanks, and that he shan't worry about the fallout, as it is being well taken care of. And I am very amused at his small jest." Very certain that the boggan ladies seeing Siv tromp back and forth from Vince's chambers with buckets will pass on SOME gossip. "Please do emphasis, that he has a 'small jest."

August nods, repeating the words. "I will seek him out to tell him."

"Ah, thank you. I wouldst embrace thee, but wish not for this affliction to spread." A pause, and then he suddenly grasps August in a mighty hug, rubbing his cheek against the man's hair with the affection of a giant cat. "Oh, dear. You MUST seek out Coradel. She's so good with hair..."

August vents a little distressed noise. "Ah. Yes. Ok."

And he prances off, with a plan to stop by the kitchens in between one of Siv's trips, and politely request for a bath to be set up in a spare antechamber, with the appropriate lotions, soaps, and towels, and please, if a message sent to the Lords of the manor. A favor spent, but spent well.

With a sigh, August goes to clean up.

When Siv returns on one of the final trips, she finds Vince already set up in the tub, with a mound of bubbles blissfully obscuring everything below a VERY trim chest. Towels are set by, soft music playing, a candle lit, and his hair lotions set out. My, he DOES use a lot of conditioners. It makes sense, to keep his mane so fluffy and sweet.

Siv is wearing little but flip flops with good traction, and a swimsuit gifted to her by Piper "Didn't want to get too wet." She says

A broad grin, as he welcomes her in. And will let her pamper, wash, massage his head, and carefully tend and oil each strand of hair. All whilst flirting OUTRAGEOUSLY, and the water is splashed accidently until she is also as damp as he.

It's only once all is done that he stands to reveal that he was wearing a suit as well the whole time - not MUCH of one, but a leopard speedo. And yes, he was a complete gentleman. Well, no. A rougish, flirty man, trying one innuendo after the next to make her blush and color, but a gentleman none-the-less.

She flirted back, then smiles after it's done. "You know... I could have gotten rid of the glitter in a moment for you. Just more..interesting this way"

"I shall have to send Shalimar a bottle of wine." And he takes her hands, giving them a kiss. "See, so soft now. Tell that wildcat who visited that I didn't dry you out too harshly." And a roguish grin!

"You best becareful, I haven't fully domesticated that wildcat, but you know, either Shalmiar pranked us both, in which case he deserves to think you got a nice treat. OR... you and he worked this on me together... in which case, respect for your cleverness and no harm done to me save a good flirting. Well played, Vince"

"A little secret that I trust you will keep in the utmost of confidence. I never prank around where my mane is concerned. I fear I am a vain and simple creature."

"In that case it's a good thing I didn't take the short cut," She smiles and kisses him on the forehead before backing up "See, that's where I use my magic to make you temporarily bald so the glitter would just wipe off the smoothness. Would wear off in oh. . an hour or so"

A smug grin. "Sometimes, the old fashioned way is best."

"More fun anyway... and forgive me , Vince. Twas funny the way you yelped when I got the bucket on. Got a cruel side I do. Just proud of myself sneaking up on a king of the jungle"

He shudders at the idea of being bald. "I am quite glad you did not. Should the Skunk have seen me at such a state... never would I live it down." And he grins at her. "You have done many a thing. Bested a king, admitted a mistake, and righted a wrong. And you may sneak up upon me any time. However, for full points - try to startle a polecat without triggering his foulest weapon. That is a feat to strive for! A mighty challenge worthy of Fiona!"

"Huh... Tag a king, tag a fool... there's a symetry to it. Aye. Thank you, Vince. I am intrigued" She blows a kiss "And in a way I feel I may act on" And off she goes, a tall glass of water in blue

He watches her go, admiringly. "That's one lucky wildcat." He purrs.

(But what plan Siv has for Shalimar remains hard to say- End Scene)
