As much for space as anything, one dinning room, a side room, has been taken for the purpose of the meeting. It can hold twenty commoners, or 8 sidhe egos.

The oaken double doors on it close and muffle sound.

Coradel makes sure the boggans have supplied adequate drink (alcohol and otherwise) and nibbles for them as they meet. She greets both Magnus and Derynwydd as they arrive.

August nods to them from his place at the table.

Magnus comes in with Claire by his side.

"So what's all this? Seems secretive."

"It is, a bit. And...with good reason. Come, sit." She gives Claire a hug as well before taking her own seat.

August looks from Claire to Coradel.

Then down at the papers in front of him.

"I wondered if I was welcome?" CLare says

Coradel looks to August and quietly says, "She is part of the family, August." But she also looks uncertain.

Magnus says "yes, she is." And motions his wife to join him holding out a hand

Claire goes in, "Anytime you need me to leave" And she sits near her husband.

August looks up at Coradel again and motions her to sit as well.

"I don't think we're expecting Magnus to keep dreadful dire secrets from his wife..."

Coradel looks to August, then to Deryn. "There are some secrets...that need to be kept."

"Of course not." Quietly. "Based on that, then... you all know about what has been happening. I have met with highly placed Liam. I am accepting our banner again.

She has helped herself to a glass of wine.

Claire raises a brow, "Wait, the banner?"

She frowns. "Wait... what?"

Coradel looks at the other women, then sighs. "August, love, you may need to...to recap."

He does, referring to his notes.

Magnus grins "you're gonna love it both of you"

August is brutally and factually honest in his retelling, no bard, he.

News of the Bannerhouse lost, how they are now 'legal'... and yes, what the Higher UPs in House Liam propose.

"Selling dreams to Leanhuan?"

Coradel scowls at that. "Yes, I'd like to find those ones and skin them."

"I never heard of this... " Claire gasps.

"Good." Coradel takes a drink.

He names names and explains such history as he knows.

He finishes with ".... and as I said. I will be taking up the banner."

"Dad, you realize this may both side line you and thrust you into some politics? " Magnus says

"I do."

"...and he's concerned about that, yes." She looks to Magnus. "He'll need our help."

"Does this mean I had held the banner, before?" A slight frown.

"I don't remember..."

"It seems to mean that, yes. The satyrs suggested that they'd followed you. Have you met them?"

Magnus nods "He'll have it."

"I am sure of it, based on what the nobles of our House said. " he assures Derynwydd.

"Thank you, Magnus."

"I've met them, yes. Lovely pair."

"They are," Coradel smiles.

August tidies up his papers.

Claire ponders, "Thank you for allowing me a part of this . how can I assist?"

Coradel is still looking at Sparrow. "Derynwydd...you're okay?"

She frowns and nods.
