Velvet Shadecandle has a dilemma.

She told her lord she would not tell even Tylar when asked to keep things secret. And she certainly would not tell any boggan this, even one she liked.

but what of Miss Zara?

The girl paces. Sluagh are, as ever, their own grand exception normally. Yet Sir August will not see it that way if she talks and trades this secret.

"Miss Zara warned me things would get complicated if I swore," A pace

she fusses and fidgets.

A deep breath, and instead she begins tending to the books, as Zara would like. Everything in it's place, and a place for everything. Double check to make sure no pages have been dog eared by the ignorant, and a peek under the table.

A light cleaning, enough to keep the boggans from doing it, yet still leaving a bit of dust as suits sluagh sensibilities.

Trina saunters out of Bachdion's room wearing nothing but a bathrobe and a smile.

"How were lessons?" Camillus asks dryly.

"Oh I swear, you're such an old goat in a young satyr's body" Trina snorts , trotting along "It was a very nice education, thank you. I learned a lot about our kith, and he's quite proud of House Fiona."

Camillus is more modestly dressed, but shrugs "Well, there's more to our kith than just the carnal."

"For your information, it was not all Carnal," His mother says loftily then added, "Though those were fun parts to it. History and more thank you. Oh.. and yesterday I took Sparrow's advice..and just ran! It was wonderful!"

"it is nice," He admits a bit of a smile, "I might have reason to jog"

August wanders the halls, lost in thought.

"Are people giving you shit about your weight?" Trina frowns, protective.

"Actually most are being cool about it," Camillus admits

"Sir August, good to see you , Sir" Trina smiles at him, her hair a bit wild but not unattractive

She bring him out of his thoughts. "Ah. Ah, Miss Trina. Camillus."

He clears his throat.

"Are you well, my lord?" Camillus says noticing his choking, "Do you need anything? A drink?"

"I'm fine, Camillus, thank you. No, just, ah.... I hope you are both settling in?"

'Sir Bachdion has been VERY generous with his time," Trina smiles

"Ahhhhh....." realization.

Camillus coughs into his hand "Mom, you're making him uncomfortable"

"No, no, I, ah, I have developed a thicker skin." He is, though, dusted rose across his cheeks.

"I'm sorry, August," Trina says "I don't mean to upset you or your delicious daughter"

Camillus looks at his mother "You just said 'delicious'"

"Did I?" Trina says "Oh well." As if the slip is no big deal

Camillus says "Actually, Sir August. I have to hand it to you, that library is amazing. I was told that was put in your hands and you found someone in charge of it? Whoever is..well, it's packed with variety and so many old books. "

August rubs his temple briefly.

Then he smiles faintly "Yes. My friend Zara."

"August?" Coradel comes sweeping down the corridor wearing a lovely, flowy floor length dress and a tense expression. "I heard you were back...is all well?"

"Well, if she doesn't mind I'd like to donate a few..." Camillus stops like a deer in headlights. Female sidhe appraoches still stun him a bit

Trina smiles to see the baroness, and nudges her son with an elbow "Bow."

"Right. uhm. sorry," He bows. As does his mother.

He nods. "Yes. Yes, everything.... I've accepted. Yes."

She smiles kindly at the satyrs, but her attention is on August. "You have? You mean...?"

"Accepted what?" Trina says intrigued.

"Moom, let's not pry" Camillus says "We'll leave you two to whatever this is. More lessons await us."

He nods soberly. "But we need a family meeting."

"Oh, Camillus, Trina, I don't mean to drive you off...."

"Nonsense," Trina says "Family comes first"

Then she adds, "Your ladyship"

She takes and squeezes August's hand, nodding, but then turns back to the satyrs. "Before you go...you are settling in well? Meeting everybody?"

"Derynwydd is out anyway. I asked. So it will wait."

"Bachdion is a wonderful teacher"

"And I've been looking at the library. Oh.. mom you have to see the collection ..she's got Tess of the D'Urbervilles" Camillus says
