Zara is not the best kenner but she's good, mostly due to natural sluagh perception and practice! New glamour has entered the hold.

And curiosity draws her away from her books to see what the source may be...

Oh a trail.. almost glowing hoof prints? Satyr! (Well, it could be a pooka of the right animal sort, but bets are on Satyr).. if Zara 'tastes' the glamour, there's a momentary rush of 'ardor' and she thinks fondly of touching and being touched... but being the dignfied lady she is, at best it might reflect as a blush on her cheeks. Yes, a new satyr is here... and she can even hear voices.

"Not sure why you don't want me wearing the half cloak, Margrave"

Margrave? Oh, that means August....

Well, if it's juust August, she can ignore that curious urge..oh who is she kidding. She she slips closer.

But pooka laughter cuts through the air in another part of the hold distracting her from what ever August said in response.

A soft huff.

There are days really that she wishes all Pooka could be more like her sister- civilized!

Even Vashti has her moments, of course... regrettable, but understandable.

More voices... Bachdion? "A kithbrother? Welcome welcome... Don't worry, August, I have him."

"So... these intense moods.. normal?" The first voice.

"Normal, natural, even a bit of fun when you learn to ride the wave of them" Bachdion assures. Zara is tempted to close and look... the voices are but part.

Of course she looks - skirting close to the wall, finding shadows... not much in th emood to be seen just yet.

Blast it, August slipped off a side tunnel on the way to get Coradel no doubt.

BIC: But she gets a look at the new satyr. Younger than August about 2 years.. she notices the fellow is on the Obese side, rare in the athletic kith, at least among the wilders. He has, she notes, impressive horns. No doubt that will compensate. Male satyrs do take some pride/status in horn size.

And she knows the Truthbranch lantern...

Well, that's not on Camillus at this point, but she might have seen August carrying it in one hand and folding it as he left.

As to how she knows the name? Bachdion is using it, "Camillus, a pleasure. Right next to August's new home? What were the odds. Interesting... wish I knew soothsay better. Perhaps D'aan is in effect?"

Camillus blinks, "What's Daan?"

((August snagged the half-cloak off him with his permission and a promise to return it, before they entered ER.))

OOC That works, though! She caught a glimpse as August was squireling it away.

The ignorance of the newly arrived. What's Daaan indeed? Oh Zara might be tempted to channel her inner Hermonie and tell them

"Destiny , fate... the flow of what is to be and more, " Bachdion says "I am no soothsayer or I'd tell you more accurately, my new kithbrother."

Dark eyes quietly watch around the corner, and she kenns the new fledge - satyr, sure, but what else might she taste?

He is dressed like a courier... akin to a manservant, and.. as she samples the glamour about him... an unusual taste. Oh, the urge to dance, the stirrings that make her almost want to seek out Earl for... parlay... the satyr dreams. But there is also a sense of dedication, that should be more trollish. There is something old unearthed here on a bigger scale. Perhaps an omen on the glamour itself? Few could do it, but she is one of those few.

Indeed, she could...

She gestures, collecting the air of glamour in her palm... and "drinks" it.

The bunk , the glamour and ... Oh...

The symbol raises up like a moon above a scene, the tree in lantern... and images of two goats , one an older gruff, the other a younger nanny goat, trotting by a young prince's side. The prince sees the valley of wolves, and starts to descend into that valley but first, he orders the Goats away. The goats don't wish to go. they fear, not for themselves but his. But he shooes them, removes their marks, or tries to... but the goats nip at his cloak...

and tear a piece, carrying it proudly towards autumn woods where they will be safe from the wolves of gold and silver. And the Prince goes amid the wolves and... a crown falls.

But the goats go on... there is a spread of wings over them, and they plant the cloth...and other figures gather... and in the autumn wood, a glowing sapling takes root and starts to grow... it even blooms for a bit...until winter puts it all to sleep.

Zara's eyelids drag, heavy...

She pulls her eyes open with effort. Followers, common followers, loyal to the Truthbranches! And... dedicated despite the kith! Perhaps for mutliple lives. Yes, she shakes off the lethergy. Though some of the ...carnal pricklings remain. Sensations that make one think of men in dark cloaks finding young maidens on the moors and... well goodness. Blood to her cheeks must be subdued. Decorum. There is a mystery to unravel here, images to think on, she has no time for satyr glamour and it's unseemly siren songs.

Curse the kith!

Fortunately, curiousity remains her truest passion.. and she has that a rather succesful omen to mull over. One thought occurs to her... why is there only one satyr? The goats were clearly satyrs. Only one seems... wrong. And no, Bachdion does not count. This Camillus was bound by D'aan with another ...family, yes.

A daughter, perhaps?

"So no one can see the real us?" Camillus asks

"Well, there are always exceptions, but mortals normally can't... that's our shield, and also our curse that they cannot believe in us easily. Only when enchanted as a rule, though drunks and some mad men are closer " Bachdion says "Normally only the creatures of the dreaming can see each other as they truly are. Not all of those will be your friend."

Wings.. yes, Sparrow is Autumn.. She continued the Household among mortals no doubt but it seems some of the commoners might have continued it even in life times when she wasn't with them but in other lives. Oh... this smacks of a conspiracy of sorts! Now THAT is the soft of stimulation that has dignity! A secret regarding August and his kin that even he does not remember.

Satyrs... Fiona, perhaps, Liam, perhaps... but noble following? Didn't the library have some of Almond's histories?
