"Maybe the next time you're out at KC?"

"That'll be next Wednesday, most likely. Should I come out earlier than usual, or plan to stay later?"

"As long as it can fit i nthe spot" Delores says with boggan practicality

"If you could come during the day?"

"Well, she has options. Or could do a commission..."

"it'd be about.." The boggan gives measurements

The Dougal looks pained at this idea that art must fit 'just so'

"I'll make arrangements to get there early, yes."

Coradel smiles at Gowdeen. "It wouldn't do to try to house art in a space poorly-suited to it."

"yes yes, pay me no mind" The Dougal composes herself "I have .. opinions that my mind cannot still"

A sigh.

"We could arrange the gallery to accommodate the piece, couldn't we?"

"Well, certainly, depending on the piece. I would not want something that would overwhelm the other works there, nor be so delicate as to be overwhelmed. Not all art suits all venues, but we are getting ahead of ourselves. I'd like to see the work before I start planning gallery renovations."

"Oh, just wait... she's.. well.. I think she would suit a Fiona hold." Is that a blush?

"Oh?" An interested smile. "Now I'm very eager to see what causes that color in your cheeks."

"Ah.."

"OH my, she does nudes?" Gowdeen says

She clears her throat. "Nudity is a fine tradition."

"It is," Gowdeen says

"A very fine tradition. One of which I'm rather fond, indeed."

Delores says "Frankly I'm not sure why folks are so allergic to clothes, but well, you folks are the art experts" a smile "Now, my liege, you know the gallery's needs best, but there are other locations we could put works if something takes your fancy. A statue in the garden if properly maintained?"

"The proper maintenance would be the trick, with bronze....but certainly an application of glamour would go far in seeing to that."

"Oh, the patina can be beautiful too... here I am, sounding like Zara... but it's true."

"Oh, I agree! But making sure that is is protected enough that it takes no damage other than the patina..." A shrug. "I am sure we can manage it."

"I'll handle it if required, Baroneses" The Steward assures

"Well, I think there's a matter of proper finishing..."

"Oh yes, proper finishing is.. oh my..almost wanting to try to contribute myself. " Gowdeen says

"Skilled contributions are welcome, I think?" Coradel invites Gowdeen into the discussion.

"Well, I'm a gold and silver smith, so if you wanted work done in layering, I can and would be happy to assist. Though jewelry is my usual work. I've been a guest here for long enough I feel I should do something to return the kindness"

"Josie knows what she's doing?"

"yes, I meant other projects ..." Gowdeen says "Apologies. I..." A sigh "I think my tongue is off today"

"Hmmmm....." Coradel considers. "Would you be willing to consider making a work for display? Jewelry or otherwise?"

A nod to Coradel "Yes, pardon. I was not speaking well. I didn't mean to step on Josie, more that all the talk of creation period, had my own inspirational muse lighting up a bit." The Dougal's turn to blush "I am normally better at social interactions than most of my house."

A gentle cough from Deleores "Perhaps something matching for you and Sir August?"

"Sorry, I just... Josie is very skilled, is all."

"Yes, and I still would like to see her work, very much, Sparrow" Gowdeen assures her. "I'm sorry if I suggested I didn't."

Coradel restrains a smile at Sparrow, then says, "Oh, Delores, yes...that's a lovely idea. What do you think?" she turns to Gowdeen. "Shall you try something for the two of us, August and I?"

"I wonder if you could see it if it were, say, placed in a chimerical fountain... the water?"

Gowdeen gives a curtsy "My fingers are itching already, Good lady"

And the Dougal flashes a smile at Sparrow, a grateful one "Thank you. It's nice for you to think of my challenge"

"Then we should speak on it again, soon. But for now, I must see to Samson...our morning ride has been somewhat delayed." A graceful curtsy to the bodies still splayed over the chaise, and she turns to go.

"Oh, like a negative form..." A sigh. "I can picture it, I think ti could be beautiful. I might be envious, Lady Fish."

A bow of farewell from the Dougal, and Delores goes with her after a bow to all of her own.

Gowdeen turns and smiles "Sometimes, the mystery of form can be as intriguing as the form itself, yes! I mean, not everyone grasps that... but you.. really, it is so nice to meet another artistic mind"

"mmm" she ponders "Something matching for your mother and father, silver would be the common house colors... wonder if they would prefer neck wear or bracers?"

"I wonder.... with lovers, some kind of jewelry that interacts?"

"A lock and key? Mm.. that's not bad."

"Perhaps... "

"I like your suggestion however I go about it, or the classic two halves a whole?"

She nods. "Or each holding the "heart" of the other - maybe silver, but with garnets and sapphires?"
