Hours pass, pleasant, passionate, and playful..with August taking Coradel's mind off her troubles even if it's only briefly.

He does his level best, as always.

His efforts are not in vain.

But eventually, the Fiona's mind turns back to her parents.

Well, her host body's parents.

"Do you....Ohhhh, that tickles!....August, do...do you think she's helped them?"

"Mmmmm..." Nuzzling "I'm sure she has. If not, I'm sure she's -tried.-" He looks up. "Coradel, if she can't help them, we'll have to find mortal means." Seriously but gently.

"What does that mean, exactly?"

"Ahems" From the door way which was opened surprisingly quiet.

Coradel looks around at the sound of the voice, still mostly submerged.

"Doctors. Doctors, who aren't ...." He turns, with a splash, and sinks into the water. "What??"

"Hate to intrude on a nice skinny dip," CC says, "Actually, I enjoy one, but it might make August ..well, nevermind. I thought I'd let you folks know about their condition?"

He's gone red.

"Should I turn around?" She raises a slim brow

Coradel's already lifting herself out of the pool, unconcerned about what CC might see. "For August's sake, yes."

"lovely," CC admits at the half risen Fiona, but she turns her head "Very well, August. I am effectively blind folded as far as you are concerned."

"Coradel.... " a bit scandalized, and also resigned. He scrambles out, wrapping a towel around his waist and hanging one over his chest. He hands towels to Coradel as well.

"First, let me warn you, do not enchant Mrs. DuBois for at least a month. Do not bring her in a freehold." She looks around, "This place is ...looking a bit chimerical. If they have a second home that's been less enhanced ...I would suggest she stay there. if she gets glamour touched by treasure or kithin? it may send her spiraling into a dreamstruck like state."

August listens soberly, concerned.

"Oh...I don't know about a second...I mean, they travel a lot, but not usually together."

She's wrapped in a towel at this point.

"I guess we could send them to a hotel...?"

"Mr. Dubois is another matter... He needs wonder. he needs fantasy restored." She sighs, "I would actually advise he do a little less work at the office. He wasn't a dreamer before, so it's even more risky for him than Autumn in some ways. He needs time."

"Oh...so...separately, then. Okay....." Coradel's thinking.

"Mrs. Carollos... do you think there's any chance Mrs. DuBois was a Dreamer? Once, maybe?"

"Oh, yes," She says, "Ever hear the Logical song by Supertramp?"

"Ah. I don't think so...."

Coradel shakes her head.

"I...keep trying to think of a not-glamourous place to send her that she would agree to go to. Papa is easy, I think....something to do with art. Maybe a Gaugin tour of Tahiti?"

"But then they send me away to teach me how to be sensible,
Logical, oh responsible, practical
And they showed me a world where I could be so dependable,
Oh clinical, oh intellectual, cynical" She sings beautifully, just a snatch, but it's full and rich and sad.

August blinks, jaw dropping slightly.

Coradel's brow furrows in dismay at the sound of the song. "Oh...."

"your mother, I suspect, was a dreamer. She wanteed to be something, could have been an athlete, or an actress, or who knows? Maybe a lounge singer" A wink, "But in the end...someone compelled her to crush those dreams. Marry well to do, have a child as expected, and that as a trophywife she had to stay beautiful and 'appropriate'. "

August instinctively reaches for Coradel's hand. "Oh." Sorrowful.

Coradel is quiet for a moment. "Can we find that person who told her that? And destroy him or her? Utterly?"

"I would guess her mother, or an Aunt, or some other female Authority figure. Who knows?" She shrugs "But she's all but lost her dreams. She felt empty, she defined herself by the 'dreams' of others, which were hardly dreams at all. Don't get me wrong, Marrying a rich sugar daddy is great, IF it's YOUR Dream. But it wasn't her edream, not really. It's just all she thinks she has. And it's a shame, because she has been resenting that so much, she hasn't really gotten to see her husband as with love for other reasons."

The look he gives Coradel is amused, proud, and understanding all at the same time.

"So...but....doesn't that mean she should have glamour? Dreams? Maybe...try something that she'd want to do and be?"

"Oh she'll probably never be a dreamer now. Then again," She glances at August, "House LIam may know some stunts this seasoned yet still supple she-goat doesn't. But she can be happier regardless. First though, a dose of reality, she's got to realize what she is, where she is, before she can start to fantazies properly again. Otherwise she's a kite with no tether in a thunderstorm."

He swallows.

A frown. "I...have no idea where to begin with such a thing. What options are out there for mortals who are...simply mortal." She looks to August.

"Ah. Ah.... " He blinks, recovering. "Ah, well.... As she said, for Mrs. DuBois it would be something to ground her, but hopefully constructively."

"For Mr. DuBois, something more Wonder-full."

"Like.... well, to be honest, I'd like to do some resear...... looking into his background, what kind of education he has, your grandparents, where he grew up...."

"There could be clues there. For both your folks."

"I can send you a list of suggestions if it's not too presumptuous?"

"Yes, please." August nods a bit rapidly.

"Please," Coradel agrees. "Everything I can think of seems to have the potential for finding inspiration."

She nods, "You'll find your mother a bit subdued right now, your father perked up. they both remember that they had a house robbery."
