For a moment she wondeers if she missed something in the design, but this IS the dreaming, and however deep it maybe, it makes things come to her, she's got tricks in her finger tips her mind doesn't remember and the muse is flowing

As they finish, her servants step back and admire "It is... exquisite"

'I remember working on things like this.. not details, but the joy"

"That's the part that sticks, usually."

"we must tell Lord Hades it is ready"

"Yeah. As it's gonna be..." She anxiously polishes a leaf with a soft cloth.

A small chime is rung.

Citrine chimes back!

She's better, so there!

and the tunnel opens with a pop

She fusses and twists the rag, before tucking her hands behind her back.

Fidget.

And Hades enters then says "It is not what I expected" A grim but stoic tone

"Well, ya'll been married a long time. Can't do the same thing every winter?"

"Mmm" he says then "It is lovely. It may compliment her"

"Best I can hope for. And I hope it makes her smile."

He runs his fingers over it "She is the sunlight in my darkness."

"Let us see what she says"

"Sure! Right." Too many teeth in the grin.

They return to the entrance of the cave, the new present is brought out by servants, wrapped up in a sheet

It's fine. She did her best, she had help, and the flaws are minor...

the one hinge is a bit stiff, which is fine once the screen is set. There's a pinhole where a bubble popped on a leaf near the top left corner the third screen.

"She is almost here" Hades ' eyes turn to the entrance "Can you feel the life she brings? "

"Well, certainly warmer."

And the nocker girl does ken something. Perhaps in some ways , more clearly than a love blinded god of the dead. a carriage pullls up, one adorned with vegatation, growing things... but there's also power. Power that speaks not just of life, but potential to wreck whole lands....the carriage opens, and a woman steps out, with her, a warm breeze. A frailty and a sad smile, and...

Persephone's sadness fades as she sees Hades, "My Lord Husband." And she moves to him taking his hands

He takes hers and kisses them. "My wife. It has been longer this time?"

"Half a year, as always" She assures

"It feels longer" He says "Somehow."

It's fine. It's fine! Thistle can't change it now...

"I ... oh, Hades, who is this?" She notices Thistle "She's very much alive. What is she doing at the brink of Death's door?"

Her spirals shift, yellow and pink from nerves.

Citrine is less shy.

"I leave it to her to introduce herself, for I do not know which name she prefers" Hades says "I have hired her to craft a gift for you."

"I am Thistle of Silver Wolf, your majesty." She sweeps a bow - let it not be said that a fledge from Nadeen's hold doesn't know how to greet royalty.
