Zara stretches - she wants to SEE!

Earl lifts her up so she can peek

With her eyes above his, she can.. it is a city! Crowded with dreams mishmashed!

She gets a few of a magic school.... Harry Potter walks side by side with Mildred Hubble and Ged (aka Sparrowhawk) as they discuss magic lessons

Professor Merlin talks with professor Dumbledore and both get the hell out of the way of Proffessor Weatherwax

"I can't see, love... I'm not quite tall enough"

Oh, it's a mish mash mix of every magic school ever written about.. scholmance and Hogwarts and more

Siiiigh.

Oh if only it were on the silver ,she might direct her love to hop over and join them...

Proffessor Switch (Formerly Ms Switch) flies up on a broom near the wall separating "I'm sorry, dear, the school is for students only"

Crestfallen!

Switch looks at her, then "I'm not supposed to do this... but.. a bit of glamour if you please?"

Eyebrow.

"Young lady, you cannot attend, not exactly...but you can in a way, you of all people should know witches hate having to justify themselves. Your choice. Do or don't"

A nod, and... dross, not personal glamour. In the form of a faded love-note.

"Oh this won't do you any good if it isn't tied to you dearest"

A little frown, considering... then a nod, and she offers her hand.

A touch, and this is risky for Switch could now come on the silver! ABut...

a touch of glamour and...

suddenly there's a Zara chimera! looking a few years younger so she'll have more time to learn!

She might even be a non sluagh version of her.. after all, many are human here..

the chimera straightens her school outfit and looks around.

Zara breaks into a grin!

Professor Switch says "Now , if you dream, don't be surprised if you dream of being in one of my classes, or the classes of others here."

Earl says "Zara, love? What's going on?"

Her hand touches her chin and drops, a sign of thanks... as a frizzy-haired preteen runs off to explore.

Oh thiss version of her can talk in the dreaming... "Have you all seen the library here? It's amazing."

"It's Brilliant" Harry agrees

and... the preteen goes off for an ADVENTURE!

Professor Switch inclines her head "You're most welcome. Witches have to look after each other." And she flies off

A happy sigh!

Earl pulls her down and gives her a look, sees she is happy, and lets it go "Well, whatever mischief you just managed, you had a good time I suppose." Faux fuss at best

Nod-nod!

"She does that often? Found an adventure in less than a minute?" Squeeky says

"You have no idea," Earl says

Hmph!

The Cyclops chuckles

"So, Squeeky, why are you seeking out this wiseman anyway?" He asks as they move on

"Ah," Squeeky says "It's a bit embarrassing but I hope to learn more about Cyclops. Why we never under went the changeling way...were we ever a kith? Why not? Can I become a kithain or one sort of another? I'm a rather puny sad version of a cyclops...can't smith as well as I should, and while I guess I could be a monster to a village.. it's not what I want. So I thought maybe I could find a way to be part mortal, join with one. I know everyone says I'm crazy... but I'm just a dream... and eventually will be gone...changelings are forever, and they lead such interesting lives"

An affable nod from the sluagh.

"Well, I don't know about interesting" Earl says "The DMV is agony"

"Ah, but you also have first kisses, and behold works of art" Squeeky says

"Phfff."

"pfff?" Squeeky says

Zara... well.. gesticulates.

The gist SEEMS to be that the DMV is worth the other parts.
