On the outskirts of the DeBuke farm, a truck drives by... and hastily, hurriedly, jump and refuse is thrown onto the land's edge , not far from a creek that was only recently diverted then put back, and near some trees. The DeBukes are alert, they have good wards, but that verge is not something they normally worry about.

So bags of trash someone is too cheap to throw away on their own dime it is.

Glass has a nose for... well, anything, but especially for things that are new and interesting. So it is that the bloodhound, no longer a pup but now a full grown dog, leads a bored looking Redcap girl down by the creek.

Glass lifts her nose and snuffs the are. Blood hounds are not nose to ground types , and Briar knows the signs of interest. The dog leads Briar towards the source of the smells and ... someone is treating this part of DeBuke land like a fucking DUMP! Worse, as her dog starts to sniffle, Glass almost steps on a bit of her name sake, shattered glass, a bottle haphazardly thrown and broken with bits about.

While Farm smells include some not so pleasant stuff... well, this is not so nice.

"Man, the nerf herders have really let this place go." Briar grouses, kicking at a bag. On a whole, she's not AS bothered by bad smells as some might be, but she still knows stink when she sees it.

"OI!" She gives a piercing whistle, calling Glass back, and ruffles the dog's over-long ears. "You stay out of that crap, snuffles."

She would never be caught saying that Nickname around anyone else, of course.

Of course! While Gwen sometimes acts like she INVENTED dog management, Briar has been running with the hounds long before Stoneface arrived, and Silverwolf teaches even hound dogs how to sit ,stay and hold off. Obediently, Glass aka "Snuffles" leans into the touch and avoids 'that crap' .
