A easy shrug. "I'm not pushing it, but if you wanted to cut loose, I'll drink with you and there are others around here who can take care of things will we sober up." logically.

"Tempting" She admits "But.. no. Things to be done, example to be set"

Frank nods. "As you like. May I help?"

"No need. Now I won't get drunk, but I will partake of one libationn with you. What's your preference?"

"Whatever you're having, but remember, I'm a lightweight."

"Don't worry, you'll be able to drive in the morning" She gets them some apple cider "Corn whiskey is a popular one here, but I find some apple cider with the trimmings can be nice. Course, it is a touch fermented"

"I'm taking soft cider in the evenings, after 5 pm these days. Coffee keeps me awake if I drink it that late." Frank confesses.

"Well, I can get you softt instead" She nods "Company's what matters"

"This suits me just fine. I'm not driving tonight."

"Shall we sit together a bit?"

"Let's.." And they sit by the fire...perhaps talking good times, perhaps hard times, or maybe they don'tt talk much at all
