A boggan visits, helping, one who is burdened with life..........

And at some point after the boggan's arrival, a rather pensive Sylvi crosses over the bridge-trod. She makes her greetings with Murray, then heads slowly to.....well, it doesn't seem anywhere in particular.

The boggan putters around, ensuring a kinain is cared for unobtrusively. Favored meals, entertainment....

Hesitant, maybe? A meandering troll...though she does eventually head to the stables to greet an old warhorse.

Over there, in the distance... carrying a basket......

A...boggan? She frowns, squinting. That's not a familiar person for the farmhold...

The boggan pauses.... glances over.

A head tilt.

And nod.

Not polite to stare, she chides herself. She's about to look away, but then he nods, and she returns the acknowledgement.

And a charming smile in return.

And that's when she sees the eyepatch. "Oh!"

And she walks closer so she won't have to shout. "Mr. Stodgepole, hi."

"Hello, Emissary. " With a bow!

She returns the bow courteously. "I'm off-duty. Why are you.... I didn't know you knew people here at the Farmhold."

"Intimately." With a ... twinkle in his eye.

"But that is neither her nor there.... you are here for reasons?"

"Oh. Uh...okay."

Clearly, thinking about old people and intimacy is not top on her list of happy thoughts.

A broad grin. "Just so! Yes."

"Well, I'm an honorary DeBuke..." she shrugs with a half-grin, and her gaze looks over at the farm buildings and the busy pre-spring preparations happening.

"I suppose I might be an unofficial one......." Thinking.

"You? I....um...sorry, but...really?"

A soft chuff. "Size matters not?"

A wince. "Um...."

"You enjoy making me uncomfortable." Not terribly upset about this fact, but also not really enjoying it either.

A sly smile. "I do. But that is not... not MOST of why I do it."

A sigh. "Why else?" Another distracted glance at the farm buildings, then back.

"It amuses me."

"Same thing, isn't it?"

"But you have your duty, and chores....."

"No." Simply.

He looks where she was glancing.....

"They're not really expecting me...." A restless shifting.

"No?"

"Well...no...."

And a troll approaches, Spencer is dressed in a denim jacket and matching blue jeans, working boots.

Sylvi spots him just a fraction later than perhaps she would have liked. She tenses and bites her lip. A hesitation, then a tense little wave.

And, he waves back. A smile, and not with that pained look, and while there's a wistfulness, the longing is.. well gone?

The boggan.... fades back.

"Spencer. Hey." Awkwardly.

"Howdy as they say here, " A smile. Then he looks at the fading boggan, "Mr. Stodgepole, here to check on June Maude again? It's sure to be twins, maybe triplets"

Sylvi blinks and looks at the boggan, clearly surprised.

A jolly smile. "As you say!"

"Didn't know you two were friends" He says "Mr. Stodgepole is with Ms CC and Caesar, ... Caesar caused a family scandal. " His tone indicates it's not that big a deal.

A smile. "I do what I can." Mildly.

"Mr. Stodgepole and Miss CC and Caesar and June Maude...?"

"I...uh...maybe I shouldn't know too much more about that...."

"Oh uhm sorry, I'm not being clear. Caesar was here a season.. and might have gotten some fertility magic on him and that's how April Maude, May Maude, and June Maude got with child... all due this late month and.." A cough "Sorry, didn't mean to make you uncomfortable" Then a breath "How are you, Sylvi?"

"Oh, and....oh, okay, I see. I knew they were all pregnant, just didn't know...um...the details."
