Not long later, there is a pounding on Clem's door. Ginger Jo is there, hunched and uncomfortable. "Thank you. Undo it. Please."

THere were quite a few fellows who headwhipped as she walked by

And some looked liked they wanted to help, beautiful girl like that? All hunched and uncofmortable? Who wouldn't want to rush to her aid?

A well-timed glare probably interrupted that impulse, right quick.

Perhaps that's why Clem left the eyes the same ?

And now those eyes are turned to Clem, really really wishing this could be done quickly.

One fellow walks up humming the the tune to 'Pretty woman'... one glare, and he does a 180 and whistles hit the road jack.

The door to Clem's room opens and Clem walks into the glare almost "HEy...you're back quick..come inside"

A nod. "I went and left the parchment with the Gauntlets, along with the name and description. Thank you. I have no more use for this form. Please." She holds still, waiting.

((After entering the room, that is.))

"Okay, Okay, Chieftain. I thought the shirt was a nice touch myself, but I'm assuming back is back.." Clem says and without any further ado chants "I see the magazines working that Photoshop

And Brekke feels as if a corset has fallen off as she shifts to her natural form and voile

She inhales deeply and then gives a sigh of unmistakable relief. "Thank you."

"I'm sorry, but I figured no one would ever confused 'Ginger' for you" Clem says, "Didn't mean to make it an ordeal" And that's all true.

"No, of course not. Chieftain, I asked her to respond through you. I hope that is acceptable."

"As you said you have been exchanging messages with her there."

"Well, more set it up. She's been busy as hell I would gather as she hasn't come her yet, and I can't MAKE her visit regular. Not blaming her, just saying wilders are ah.well, we're often off on own ways"

"Yes, I understand, I just....well...if you go there, check, please."

"I shall" She says "Now, would you like some coffee? Just plain ole black coffee that pinup girls don't normally go for?"

A slight wry grin. "Please, yes."

"You know, I wasn't as into coffee.. RC Cola for me... but lately? Ever since I became chief here? I've starting to understand the need for real fuel" Clem leads the RV Chief to some coffee, aend while she puts in a bit of sugar and cream for herself (She's young), Brekke gets a heaping a black straight in a large no nonsense mug.

She accepts, takes a sip, and gives a gratified sigh. "Thank you. Yes...I find it helps both refresh and refocus." Then a curious look. "Chieftain, who else here at the Farm knows of Angrgyn?"

"No one," Clem says "Save that a less than savory visitor show up, that i met her in firnost.. and she's welcome to talk to me to pay off a debt she owes me."

"Good." Brekke nods. "That suits." Then a sigh. "Sylvi, Gerd, and Kerri may now know more than they should. I was not sufficiently cautious."

"Not for me to say who you should or shouldn't tell, but I admit I am not alarmed. Sylvi's smart... and has guile. She knows knowledge is power. Kerri? Well... the other Hearths talk about her with a great deal of respect. And I know yo've trusted her ot be there if all goes wrong for you personal like. Gerd? Mmn not so sure aobut..bit too friendly with some nobles for my liking but that's me... then again, she's a hornshield and 'in the blood' means double for her. If any of the three come asking around here, how would you like me to handle it?"

"Turn them back around to me, if they are asking for information." A sip of coffee. "And yes...Gerd's connection with Lady Adelaide is...troubling, to me."

"Well, some what mollified to hear it," Clem admits it, "I have met too many good nobles, even sidhe nobles, to hate them like some of my elders have. Not good for the soul, but when it comes to our farm I am still cautious. " A sip of her own, "If anyone comes from your lodge I'll turn em around..ifi t's about that."

A nod. "Thank you. I appreciate that. And I hope it will not cause trouble."

"Appreciated, but I suspect trouble is part of wearing the big hat," She says states, "I imagine a month were all is quite at Rivervale makes you down right nostalgic at times given how the younger crowd theree shakes things up. " A smile

A wry grin. "A month where all is quiet? I would not know."

A soft chuckle, she' glad to see the Chieftain of RV more at ease now that she's in her own skin, "Well, may this rare phenom of a peacable moon come to us both when we most need it." A sip then "If i may ask? How are the others in your lodge handling this?"

The grin slips away. "Well...some better than others. The Mountain is..." She trails off, then redirects. "He has gone questing to seek the Leanhaun."

"Why would he..." Clem frowns "I'm sorry, not my place to judge. And.. I'm sorry. I guessing you'd prefer him with you?"

A vague gesture. "We each have work to do."

Then a thought. "Chieftain...you know of the fae steed at Rivervale, Stormwake." It may be a fairly clumsy attempt to change the subject, but hey.

"Heard the story, yes" Clem rolls with it "FIne steed the stable builders told me. And we're all for dehorsing sidhe nobles what try to take holds"

A genuine grin. "That was particularly satisfying, I will admit. Now...the horse is mine, and it is a fine steed...but Dagmar seems to have developed a quick connection with it. I know she has ridden here on your horses. Would it be possible for her to have further lessons here, but on Stormwake?"

"DOne... under one condition" Clem says

"Well, besides the usual 'she minds us', but Dagmar's a good girl and I never had a problem there I'm sure"

"Mm?" A curious look.

"I'd like to put him to stud with some of the mares we have on the farm. "

"Well...you will understand if I ask him first on that, yes?"

"Well, fae steeds are smarter than most animals but I've not known many fae stallions that say no to a willing philly" Clem says "But by all means, ask away"

"As a courtesy, at least," Brekke nods. "I believe Dagmar would be upset otherwise."

"Oh she's a sweet heart," Clem loves animals herself "Well, honestly, we might breed him with Blueberry, now blueberry is just the nicest horse... one we use for training the yhoung ones? Match her with a warhorse and we should have a blend of fierce and gentle that can work"

"Well, if she will have him? I do not wish him to be too much the stallion."

"Don't worry, Chieftain.We've ah..done this before. She'll let him know no if she says no. Blueberry woudln't bite a human soul...but she will tear a chunk off a stallion who comes in when she don't like im"

A satisfied nod. "Then it is done, by those terms. I will let Dagmar know."

"Ahem... might want her to know that part of the reason this is a condition / payment to us is that we get to keep the resulting foal. I think Dagmar is a nice girl, but I have this mental picture of her trying to smuggle a yearling born of Stormwake behind her cloak"
