Dressed in a 'nice casual' look calculated to make him respected , Peter goes to the hospital he was told of ... he's been told the room number.

The 'hospital' he is in is a private affair. A small clean looking building painted a fresh white. A pretty flower garden is just about to burst in green in spring colors. Inside the building is a very warm and inviting feeling. The furnishings done in summer browns and greens. The staff dressed in clean scrubs, but even those are pressed and void of the hospital green or white. This is how the other half lives. A receptionist is sitting behind the main lobby desk. A pretty, pert girl with her curly blond hair swept back in a ponytail, and sporting light blue scrubs.

"Pardon, I'm here for Jarrod Hammel?" he says to the receptionist.

She looks over with a bright smile. "Sure thing sir, you are lucky! Its still visiting hours! Do you have a visiting card?"

"Right here," He shows it, "And thank you."

"Then if you take a step just over there to the ward door, I will buzz you in."

He does so, a part of him feels cautious. Paranoia is a watch word for the house, especially of late.

The door opens, swishing wide with hardly a sound. The hallway before him is painted a light green. A polished wooden floor is under his feet. Several doors litter this hall, along with a few nurses and a doctor who is making his rounds. Jarrods room is not to far down. 122. A nurse is coming out of it. Her cheeks flushed, and she is giggling behind one hand.

A smile , apparently Jarrod has charms, and high spirits. Piotr kenns the woman to see if she has any glamour about her, enchanted or not...

Not enchanted. But very fluttery just the same. She looks to Piotr and smiles once more. "Goodness all the nice looking young men seem to be about today." She teases lightly. "Forgive me, I must go get him another bucket of ice." And off she bustles.

"Kind of you, miss," He goes on into 122.

"Katy are you back already?" The voice sounds amused and inviting. Then blue eyes rivet on Piotr and a white blond eyebrow raises. He is a sight to see, even all laid up in a hospital room, his leg up in a harness. His white hair falling past his shoulders, his eyes a piercing, clear blue. To fae eyes this becomes even more. His eyes like sapphires and his hair as white as freshly fallen snow. His build is slender, but well muscled, certainly easy on the eyes. ((App:6 Dashing))

"Who are you?"

"Greetings, my name is Piotr. I was sent by a mutual friend... " He says with an incline of his head, "Illia. You're faring well."

He blinks. "Little Illy?" He tries to straighten up a bit, clearly curious. "Come in Piotr is it?" He smiles, its friendly, but not nearly as inviting as Ilias might be.

"It is, at least to House mates. I hoped to talk to you about your...incident. What do you recall?"

"Oh that." He scowls. "My timing was off. Or my assistants were off..made for quite the show. The screams..the lights. My screams..the blood. All very dramatic."

"How long ago was this incident?" He kenns the man

"Oh a couple weeks ago." He looks curious then. "Did the house send you?"

He gauges the man... "I'm here for the good of the House."

And he is gauged in return. "For the good of the House you say?" Then he pauses. "Nothing happened to Illy did it?"

"Not yet, and I intend for it to stay that way," He takes a seat, "I know there is suspicion that your mishaps were part of a hex or other trickery. Are you familar with Chronos?"

He scoffs. "Of course I know of it. I was not born yesterday." He gives a dazzling grin. "It might have been trickery." He seems thoughtful now. "But it would just as well be timing too. Timing, the count, its what matters in stage magic."

"There are forces in the House that would use your situation as an excuse to escalate aggression with Firnost. I worry that they might go after the wrong targets in their zealousness. May I cast Backward Glance upon you so the truth might have a chance of being observed? The time maybe out of my reach."

He gives a light shrug. "You might want to lock the door if you do. My fan base here is rather zealous." A beat. "Escalated aggression...you do know what we are at Firnost for, what we are after?"

"Jeremy, who else. Known by many other names," He says, "Tortured... with cold iron burns no less," A frown, "Escaped, and embarrassed others in the House. Then, bad things started happening to the hold... a plague? Which may or may not be poison in the water. Accidents, missing figures. Disfigurements. The most likely culprit for this retalation not Jeremy, but more likely his motley , which include more than other sluagh. In the mean time, in the interest of vengeance for what he may or may not have done for his torture... we find ourselves in danger of being cut off from the largest collection of trods to grace the Kingdom of Grass if not all Concordia. I thought a focus on repaying all debts to the point of losing the bigger picture was a Seelie weakness."

He looks taken back for a moment. "I do as I am told. " A lift of his brow. "I was to locate him and report him back to the hill. As I was about to do. Though...if my person was injured because of this..in relation to this." He appears thoughtful. Though he does not continue his spoken thought.

"That's what I'm trying to determine, if you'll let me. Frankly, I have some suspicions, but a few of them maybe born of bias...and they're not against his Motley," A tilt of his head, "And apologies, Jarrod. I was trying before this to begin to build some bridges to mend with the folks of Firnost. Finding out about how the Hill is pushing to this direction, well, it alarms me. But my disagreement doesn't excuse a lack of manners on my part and I'm sorry if I was..brusque. May I try the backward glance?"

He bows his head to the younger sidhe. "By all means."

He locks the door so they won't be intruded on, then pulls out a bit of dross-an egg shell of robin blue. He walks backwards as if undoing his earlier steps....and he chants... "Whispered secrets of a shattered age, I summon you: renew this sage!"

He watches, now with a bit of interest. So many possibilities going though his mind.

then frustration, "Blast. I'm sorry."

And then it flows, "wait, its coming..." He rewinds the weeks...making motions not unlike swiping on a smart phone or setting a bowl to spin.

He watches for a bit , so curious. Piotr begins to see scenes unfold. The day of the trick. The practice, the count being taught carefully. The pieces and props being combed though. The slight figure pulling the pin. The pin that held an important part of the trick in place. A flash of a pointed ear. No glamour spent. None needed, to sabotage something so delicate.

He startles, trying to recall, as odd as it seems, how lovely the ear was... other kith may have pointed ears, but few can match a sidhe's birthright, and the birthright does make them shine so

It did appear to be a sidhes ear and a lovely one indeed.

"A sidhe did this..." He says, startled.

He blinks. "A sidhe? Why would they have it in for me?" A quirked brow, and a touch of anger to his handsome features.

"Actually, I MAY Be wrong on this...but a sidhe besides yourself was involved," He says to Jarrod , and describes what he saw in detail, "An ear, I know, silly... but while others have points, we...do stand out. It's a blessing and a curse. tell me, Jarrod. Besides our House, has anyone been pressing for the capture of Jeremy? Did anyone...suggest that course of action?"

He shakes his head. "No. Only our own house should know of this. Though, it was reported, that he first showed up on our trod with a Gwydion, claiming the sluagh as his prisoner.

"Yes, a lie by the Gwydion who wanted to protect Jeremy, and thus endangered them both it seems. At least so I'vee heard. Jeremy saved the Gwydion, one Simon... and failed to save himself. Interesting. Who among the sidhe would tamper with that Pin then? Simon? I have a hard time believing it. "

"I am baffled and at a loss myself."

"Someone, either in the House or out of it...wants it to look like you were attacked by Jeremy's motley. This...disease at the hill, have they checked to see if it's the result instead of illness of some poison?"

"From what I know.." He states coolly. "When soothsay was used, it was told that the sickness came from a source of glamour. From the chimerical monsters that stalked the halls of the hill."

"Apologies if I sound as if I'm giving you the third degree, mother's an Eiluned and some of the twitching at mysteries is contagious." A pause "By now the 'scence of the crime' is probably completely cleaned."

"Of course. I can not leave my props laying around for others to inspect! Secrets must be kept." He mutters a bit as they both hear a knock at his door."

" Mister Hammel, is everything okay?"

"Where do you keep your props? May I investigate them?"

he lowers his voice for that if he may

"I have a warehouse." He crosses his arms then as he regards Piotr. "It is huge. Filled with many tricks." He ponders this for a long moment. "Perhaps I can have it arranged so you see only that trick."
