"Delightful, yes." He mutters, watching the street around them.

The sidhe appear to have moved on, though there IS some chimerical litter behind

"I'm going to text her we're here" She pulls out a phone.

Emerson notices that in their racing, a dagger must have come loose from a scabbard. Chimerical, and near the edge of the street

"Great...." he mutters, and bustles over to pick it up with a handkerchief, careful not to touch it directly.

And that's done, it is wrapped up and his.

He takes it back towards the door, but leaves it on the stoop or porch or steps.

"Souvineer?" CC asks

The door opens a crack "CC? Emerson?"

CC nods "We're incognito. Let us in quick"

Emerson is keeping an eye on the street.

The door opens all the way and April says "Get in, get in."

CC moves on in

As does Emerson.

The door closes once they're in. The disguises fade

"Oh thank yo ufor coming," APril hugs them both

Before she can hug him, Emerson is bustling around to ensure security.

CC takes on the full brunt of the hug alone!

CC says "Are the kids safe? I know I asked on the phone"

"Yes yes, they're good, but I couldn't MOVE I..." April says "Never felt so helpless in my life"

Emerson notes the windows are closed, the doors locked. HE has some suggestions how to improve it, but it looks like April did what she could

He swallows a growl as he hears April, but is satisfied with the lock-up.

April nods, "I am so...humilated and ANGRY" She admits

CC assures her

"The children are safe?"

"Yes yes" April nods "He didn't go upstairs thank god"

"I've counted them three times, and I think they're a bit worried" She says
