"Oh you're a damaged little man but I love you" She kisses Emerson, "Fine, if next I garden it is warm enough I'll wear a hat, JUST a hat. ANd maybe some suntan lotion"

He can't help but smirk. "Whatever will the neighbors say?"

"Probably 'thank you'" A smirk

He barks a laugh "Thank you very MUCH." he insists.

A kiss over his newspaper "Want to cook together later? I'm speaking, of course, of food"

"Food? Oh. Yes. Of course." he looks confused a moment, but then smirks again.

And she may ask of that look later, but it's time is picked for cooking later
