With an eyebrow. "Do chew it well."

"Chewing slows me down" Dryly

"Are you in a hurry?"

"Bit worried there might be more thallian after the new comers" He says "Not likely, but possible"

"But that's hardly your concern, is it?"

An amused eyebrow "Even winter touched trolls take the rescue bit seriously"

"Of course." He slides back into his seat with Murray "It is a mercy you have any time for the Farm at all. With all the trouble here in Kansas City."

"How much trouble are you guys having lately?" He asks seriously

"With Thallain? They are rare, as they should be."

"Any one else? You got nobles trying to shove you around?" Clearly he sees that as a more likely threat

A chuckle. "Oddly, no."

A smirk "Good. Not that you two can't handle a lot, but they're the usual presumptive threat of my month"

"We appreciate your concern and help." Emerson pours them both another tot.

"Mmf, well, you're stuck with the family"

"So it would seem." the boggan agrees.

CC finishes up another song

"I hope I did not distract from Miss CC's performance."

"Nope." HE assures "Trust me, the hard part was not Tuning YOU out"

"I meant, with all the ... tumult."

"Heh, no worries. You know" Munch "One day we might try to pinch Teensy from you"

An eyebrow "If you pinch, Teensy.... well, do let me know how that goes."

"Hey, I meant get her to the farm"

But he chuckles

"Of course. Whatever else could you have meant?"

"Right. Just saying, we can never have enough good cooks"
