CC throws up her hands "I'll think about it. Fortunately eventually the banality of the club should erode her"

She curtseys with a low dip. Really those are lovely

CC heads back into the freehodl side

William trails after CC....

Angela greets them "Welcome back. Fear not. We've not tried to take over. We're not that ingrateful as guests"

"Isn't that nice!" he agrees "I think we have a way clear for you, and I'm happy to drive."

CC says "Indeed. I'll drove the car you took in back with some of you, he'll drive the other half in his. And you'll likely remember how to drive with practice"

CC is forgetting she's not supposed to go out without security. Or maybe she is hoping to dodge it

"Miss CC?" he draws her attention to the flaws in her plan. And lack of security.

Death glare. When it fails to lay him low, she huffs "My apologies. We'll have your car dropped off to you later"

"Absolutely." as if his safety were not in question "So. Who shall come with me? First, at least."

"Brandy, Angela, why don't you two go . Ethan, protect them" Daphne feels odd seeing the redcap as a husband, but that's the body she's in

"Come along then...." and he leads the way to the car, and takes them 'home.'

And they go home... leaving only Daphne and a sleeping Corala with CC and others

Brandy has sobered a bit "So... did I say anything rude?"

"often" Angela sighs

Ethan grins "Nah" then the redcap considers "We have a housekeeper comes in and cleans the place. I remember that. What do we do about her?"

CC will have to answer.

CC is at the hold making sure there are no take overs and she couldn't go in the car

but when the Redcap, sluagh and Clurichaun get to the McMansion that is their home (okay not THAT bad but close) they step out and look around

Angela sighs "So, this is the grave site of elegance"

"I like it" Ethan grins

"You would" Brandy smirks "Come on " then "Thank you, Emmeson. I have a key I see so we're good here"

Meanwhile, Corala has weird dreams. dreams of a foolish mortal girl who lets others push her to be a future tennis star, or at least an athlete. It feels good to use a body, but to turn a passion itno a drab duty?

An ear twitches in dismay. She stretches languidly, arms out, legs out, letting her spine extend, taking a good minute in just one big stretch.

Stretch. She can stretch? Oh. OH. Cramped no more! Even if it was a proverbial confinement, she still is glad to be free of it. Blinking her big green eyes, she looks for the others.

"Most of them are gone" CC says "Drink? I'd offer you a bowl of milk but I fear that might condescend"

"Prrrrt?" She makes a small sound of surprise, turning to look to CC. She considers, then offers, "I might allow condescension, only this once, in a glass?"

"Done" She says and gets her a tall glass of cool white milk, setting it down "Feels good to have a body again I imagine. One that doesn't shrivel at the slightest touch of Autum"

She takes the glass, and delicately laps at the surface of the milk. A purr! "I do like things that feel good, don't we all? The coolness of cream on my tongue, what more could I ask for?"

"Yes , it is very nice. "She admits "Technically your body is under age, but if you like, I can turn your next glass of milk into what we call a White Russian"

"Tis my Sister, so I am told, who is the Slavic blooded." She peers around the Club, still empty, and comments, "I see that you relish your popularity."

"The hold itself? Something of a invistation only situation les we draw too many noble eyes. Though that's less of a problem than it was" She looks ..pleased

"Oh? Do the nobles have less eyes these days?" A pleased look and she stretches a hand as though to admire painted nails, though instead she admires the tiny claws that pop out of each fingertip when flexed.

"Let's just say, I've put some excess energy to good use," She observes

Her tail swishes softly. "I just napped, I have plenty of energy." Ears perked.

"Well, aren't you darling?" CC smiles "Yes. By the way. I have done a bit more research on your boyfriend, or at least Carola's boyfriend"

"Oh? Yes, mine, isn't he? Pray, tell?"

"Robert comes from a sports family, not as storied or wise in investing as yours but aflfuent enough. He's a nice enough boy, very fit, I don't think he'll stimulate you intellecutally, but I could be wrong and sometimesi t's not the intellect we want to have stimulated. " CC sips her own drink "I don't think you'll find him too banal. However, his mother has lately been playing up herself as a 'traditional values' kind of woman, and wants to get elected... among humans she hopes to win enough support to gain political power. She may annoy you a bit. "

"Elected?" A curious head tilt.

"So once his mother gains the power, it will pass down in the family? That is good!"

"Among mortals the current trend is to at least pretend every son of adam and daughter of eve gets a say. Kind of ike ancient athens only less openly sexist "

An amused smile, small pointed fangs that are not intimidating, on her they look cute.

"And I think you'd disagree with some of her policies " A shrug

"Moving away from the pretense of monarchy, yet we are stuck, ground under an elfin boot? Perhaps we are mistaken and it IS still the year of their lord, thirteen hundred and such."

CC sighs "I fear the Sidhe influence is partly to blame for the mortal face growing less and less earnest in true democratic leanings"

"The fun thing about mortals? It's easy to convince them to change their minds." She seems almost more interested in the mother, now , than in the boyfriend.

"SHe's not overly banal, not yet, at least I don't think so, but you will will be more vulnerable to that that those of us that underwent the changeling way. So... proceed cautiously, or if not cautiously, at least informed" A notice of where the interest is going 'Lovely woman mind you on the outside. I suspect a bit of nip tuck.
