William calmly reaches for his phone and calls CC.

CC picks up "Hey honey, Not a great time, my number's on in five minutes."

Caesar falls out of his chair.

"Now."

"i'll swap out" she says. In her younger days, a man speaking to her so would be asked who the hell he thought he was... but she knows her Bill. He wouldn't say it that way unless he meant it. She treats this like something is on fire.

And it's a good thing, because she's in danger of missing the real show

William... monitors.

April Maude helps him up, and talks quietly, but Bill has.. numerous ways to eavesdrop. "I'm sorry to be so blunt but I couldn't think of any other way to get it out. It took all my courage to come here. My sisters ..well, we're all confused so I thought..."

CC shows up "Okay, what is it? I don't like switching programs that quickly so I assume it's big?"

"You may be a grandmother. I think it rather likely."

"I what?" Her eyes grow wide, then she glances over, "Oh sweet Pan"

"At least."

She will join in on the scrying or whatever is needed , snapping dross if she has to.

"I thought you were on the.. I mean, we were all..." The Satyr says "I'm sorry. I don't mean to point fingers and I know I sound like it. I just..."

"We were... but it didn't take..."

"Wait, why are you bringing your sisters into this?"

"Because I'm not alone"

"wait.. I..." Caesar takes a seat again before he falls all over

"Look... exactly how you got us to..try that is.." BLUSH.. "Our parents would KILL us...."

"You're all grown women with your own lives" He says.

April stares at him like he's an idiot "You don't get out to rural areas much do you?"

CC is BEAMING, doing all she can not to pump a fist in the air.

THen she says to Bill, "Bill, did you...s et this in motion somehow? " As if he somehow parted a red sea.

He clears his throat. "Dearest. Decorum."

"You are, I think, going into debt with the DeBukes."

"Debt? " She raises a brow

"How many of your grandchildren are going to have a DeBuke name?" Practically.

"Oh" A blink "Oh... oh my."

"All THREE of you?" Caesar blinks at his table.

April Maude grabs him by the horn and yanks him down, "Could you not shout it through the room? Please?"

William gets up and makes a martini for CC.

CC says "Oh maybe one would be interested in taking their father's surname"

More discussions, and yes, April assures Caesar they didn't realize this would happen either.

"it's almost as if Miss Evergreen whammied us, but none of us are dumb enough to go near a Kubera on a high summer day when fertility is her thing" April says

CC winces and takes the martini "I never did teach him much about Inaminae."

"Oh my. Well."

"Yes, I.. oh you didn't ask her for a blessing did you?" April says

"Not...exactly," Caesar says "I might have... well, that morning I might have ...." a cough "She and I..."

April's mouth opens "You SLEPT with ..."

"hey..." he shushes "Who is being loud now?"

"Oh dear."

CC sips "She's going to slap him, I'm afraid."

"He may deserve it." As he mixes another drink, watching.

SLAP "Well thanks for penciling us in as your 8 PM!" April Maude grabs her things

"I warned him about trolls and troll kinaian, even when they swear there's no strings attached they always always attach strings." CC shakes her head. "They are a dysfunctional kith at times"

William nods, and moves to the mics. Offers instructions softly through earpieces. Nods to CC and leaves to meet up with ... April.

Caesar is trying to apologize as the kinain is striding off. Security WAS wondering if they needed to escort April Maude out... but Their boss man tells them what he wants and the go to it, leaving it to her.

CC bites her lip wanting to interfere and make things go right... but relaxes as the boggan goes up to handle that. She moves instead to talk to her son.
