He tsks "Dearest, -you- never need to ask!"

She pokes him "I just wish they knew what a wonderful man you are... oh sure, a retired terrorist by their limited terms ,but wonderful too"

"Besides, you're all the woman I can handle, and then some. I'm sure the Baroness is stolidly satisfied with King."

"Dearest, I'm -not- a wonderful man, I'm vile and black of heart and it is as much to my own astonishment as anyone else's that you've tamed me so."

"Mmm maybe one time we meet them I should change into a female troll , named Franki and drape myself all over you while wearing a maid outfit..." Thoughtful "I suppose that's tacky?"

A roll of her eyes "I LIKE your black heart. And you know whever my body maybe my heart is in your wily hands and you ARE wonderful." A kiss

He laughs, then rolls -his- eyes. "Safe to say our hearts are mutually committed. And, I think it might be overkill if not tacky." He pauses, considering. "Although......."

"Maybe I should save that for your birthday" Wryly

He gives her a bit of a hesitant look. ".... we -could-, I suppose.... let them see.... us?"

"I mean, see that we have a real connection. If it's possible for them to recognize it, of course."

"Surely!"

She seems delighted

"Unless you..... surely?" He wasn't expecting that.

"Oh baby I'm not ashamed of you, and we are a couple. Why would I hide from other couples?"

"Because -this- couple knows enough that if they could prove it, and avoid fouling themselves, they could have me executed?"

"All the more reason to be alonng. Like you," She strokes his ear, "I protect my investments"

He purrs a little. He doesn't do that in public but....

"Well.... very well then. If they contact me I will set them up. Set something up, I mean."

A chuckle, "Non ticking even"

A smirk. "I told her I couldn't indulge myself in the club because of public health laws."

"Darn restrictions" A chuckle "Come on, champ. Let's go make a meal together. I'm famished"

"Yes!" Delighted, he takes her hand and leads the way....

And off they go...plots and plans, and and pots and pans
