So yeah miss Shawna showed up out of nowhere wearing that thing and later on when I tried taking it from her it sent me to a camper and *wave of his hand That's neither here nor there, I just don't know what use you could have for it, don't make sense.

A sloppy joe is presented. Apparently custom made. CC nods to the Waitress "he's on the House tonight" then turns back "A camper? Wait, what person did it take you too. You said it took you to people"

Sheila chews and listens, ears perking and pivoting.

*A friendly tip of the hat to the waitress, he takes a bite, mouth full of sloppy joe "Mberf. Guh dun hink *swallows I don't think ya know her. She was asleep so I showed myself out, no need to be explaining all that, y'know?

"mmm I see,Guh Dun Hink, is she an old flame?"

*A laugh Sorry, mouth was full of food. No, she ain't, never dated her kind before honestly -wait you saying it's like love based or something.. Straightens his tie slowly* Yeah...let's call her Guh Dun Hink. Suddenly chuckles at something Oh shawna.

She winks at the satyress.

"Easy , Murph" She puts a hand his shoulder, "You're a bit wired"

((Sorry, phone)) *This is normally where the Eshu would make his exit but dangit he needs that gig money. Crosses his arms I don't want her involved. She can't take care of herself like we can. *Finishes his sloppy joe and stews on it for a minute She travels with me sometimes, we get each other out of scrapes, that sort of thing.

*Brow furrows It's just some Kinain. Look I'm not comfortable with all this, if you want the dress you can have it, I'll trade ya the sloppy joe for it. *Pushing the bag toward the two, he's very antsy, never really sitting still

"Murphy, I'm sorry, I didn't mean to upset you. LEt's talk shop again then .What nights are best for you and when can you work?"

*Grumbling, he takes a small notepad out of his vest pocket and looks through dates I'm available whenever pretty much after the 15th. Except Mondays. I hate Mondays. *A sigh Sorry for being snappy Miss CC.

"It's okay, And yes, I'll take that off your hands" Meaning the Dress, "It's got me curious and maybe I can omen it later to learn more for you"

"And let's set you up on Tuesdays and Thursday nights, for now. Fair pay. Slow nights true but sometimes a change up on the slow nights can force folks to visit on those slow nights. If demand increases..." A smile, "You'll find we pay a lot more than the Rowdy Trout"

*Sliding the bag over to her Yeah, whoever made it.. I wouldn't mind having a talk with chuckles. *Thinking on it Tuesdays and thursdays.. sure, sounds good tastes great. *Looking at the bag again Y'know, according to my dad the biggest prank my mama ever did was having me in the middle of a war. *Shakes his head, getting up I'll try to send Dolph your way soon. He might be Trout-tough, but he's a respectable troll.

"Sounds ideal. Do you need a place to stay tonight?"

Much appreciated but I keep a little apartment in town for when I roll through, it's across the street from the Kingdom of Shadows retirement community. Good buffet if ya keep your head down *clears his throat before bowing to the two I'll see y'all soon!

"Too-roo, Dusty!" She calls cheerfully.

"Take it easy until then, Murphy. Thanks for helping us out"

She eyes the bag's contents "mmm"

"Whatcha thinkin', ole mum?"

"Oh hunny I will pay you good money not to call me 'ole mum' again" CC chuckles sadly "But as to what I'm thinking? I'm thinking there's something Murphy did not want to talk about about who this took him to?"

Seeing Sheila has gone back to her meal, CC grabs the bag "Later dear. I'm going to put this some place safe and then ... then I'm going to perform again."

"Yeah? Too right." She grins.

"Caesar has really cheered up since you came back." She winks "So yours is on the house tonight" And she sways off

"Ta!" She calls out cheerfully, stretching her long legs out under the table to lean back, relaxing.

A bit later, a blusey jazzy version of "I come from a land down under plays" genre shift aside, it's not bad as the band and male singers have fun with it

She giggles, high yips, and watches the singers with avid amber eyes.
