More than that... Folks will play the monsters, they'll play the bad guys and consider it great or rationalize it. But if they read C20 and discver the Shadow Court is not only out in the open but now a puppet for the Black Court of the Formorians? Bam..loses a lot of attraction. Playing a monster? Cool. Playing a puppet? Not as cool. Of course, the place used to have Unseelie Nobles running most of it... but this is more clearly stated.
