Nessa is freaking out... the bus pulled up in down town fort davis without much warning, and swarms of college age folks came out.

Problem, they have her surrounded

And.. they're singing

"Pardon... if I could... just let me squeeze... " She tries to make her way out of the crowd politely...

"ONE DAY MOOORREE" As a guy breaks out...

She's in Les Mis Flash Mob! As someone dances in her way without realizing it. Tension rises

She doesn't want to push, but - someone jostles into her from behind and she is startled even more-

She kicks and shoves to try to get out, bolstered by the strength of growing fear, not even noticing if she tramples over anyone. Of course it's just her MORTAL feet, not 4 hooves, but still.

"Do you hear the people si- OW~!"

"What the heck , backwater bitch just..."

"It is the song of angry MY FOOT!"

She needs an opening and a way out!

Oh she's still slamming folks out of her way if need be, but somehow in her panic she finds the clearest path out of this musical maze and plunges through the opening. AIr she needs air. She can't breath. She hears someone calling for the police but she makes a break and turns around a corner

As soon as she gets into an open space, she takes a deep breath and tries to center herself. "It's okay. I'm okay. It's Okay. I'm okay." A mantra that may or may not be true.

"Are you okay?" a voice says, a blonde guy she doesn't recognize, speaks up. He has a shirt that says 'Support Animal'

She jerks up and gives him a surprised look, deer in the headlights for a minute. After a tic, "I... I should be. Oh, Jesus. Did I hurt anyone?" Possibly sounding strange from this tall, but fairly slender girl.

A look around, then a grin "You did some damage, but I no river of blood. THey'll be fine. I warned em. I told them we needed more than a city permit we needed to coordinate." A pause "And here i am being so classy saying 'I told them so' rather than seeing hwo distressed you are"

Her hands go to her cheeks, as though she could hide behind them. "Oh, you are with them, you saw... I was just freaked out, I don't... it's crowds, you see, or small places? They mess me right up. And a performance?" She is even more mortified as she realizes she interrupted a show, probably ruined the artist's livelihood, destroyed chances at dreamers...

Wait, is he.. he's a kith, faded though, nearly forgotten, she can't make out what sort. Wow. Poor guy is low on glamour

She holds a hand to her head. "Actually, I feel a little dizzy..." A wince.

"My friend's coffee shop isn't that far from here. Would you mind walking with me? I don't want to have an anxiety attack in traffic."

"Oh hey sure" A nod "I'm Kev" He says and says "You need an arm or shoulder to lean on? I don't want to presume but I'm here if you need it" he walks with her

She does take his arm, more to make sure he doesn't somehow get away from her than anything else, as they head over towards Hope's Coffee shop.

The coffee shop seems to so far be not on the radar for the flash mob, business being low. Hope has been kind, she actually got wider doors for the centaurs and trolls

So in they go. Hope looks over from the counter "What will it be? Oh Nessa! How are you. Who's your friend?"

"This is Kev. I had a bit of a scare in a crowd earlier, and he offered to help me over here." She glances to Hope, and back to Kev. "Very kind of him, after I ruined their... what was it, a Flash Mob? Hope, I hate to ask it, but wouldn't you mind closing for just a few minutes while I get my head on?"

(Assuming no one else is currently in the shop and would need to get booted)

"Don't mind.." SHe does so, closing it "You were in a flash mob? Oh dear"

"Kev, can I buy you a cup of coffee? Least I can do. By the way, my name is Nessa... and this is Hope."

"Sure and thanks. I'm a wimp, load it down with the mocho please?" he says

Hope nods and prepares it and Nessa's regular

Lavender latte, half caf, with whip!

"Here. Let me just..." She reaches for the chocolate shavings shaker and adds a bit onto the mocha before offering it to Kev - Hope can likely feel it when she presses a little glamour into the cup.

Hope nods slightly

"Oh you don't have to fuss over me" He says

but doens't stop her

"Here, enjoy."

"You have a problem with crowds?" he asks, and drinks

No sooner does he drink when his golden retriever ears and tail manfifest and he says "Oh that was ruff"

"HOW did you manage to be so buried, poor fellow? And in a theatre group, at that? Or at least, musical..."

"Oh, that's not on them... sure, some of them are cat lovers, but it's a chronic condition" Kev looks much happier now "I played mechanic and found out I wasn't cut out for the role"
