"Mr. Grey here" A voice says, as Sir Dubh the Chancellior picks up

"Mr. Grey. I would speak with your mistress. It is a matter that requires timely haste, if you please."

"May I ask who is inquiring?"

"Aiden Lowell, of Silverwolf, Carthage way."

The line sounds a bit shaky - storms in his area affecting the phone lines, it seems.

"I shall try to get her immediately, Master Lowell"

And he seeks her out "Baroness?"

"Grey?"

Nessa smiles, she had been showing off her new jewelry and outfit that arrived with saining. "Go, it sounds important." She waves Sparrow on.

Sparrow lightly touches Nessa's arm, then bites her lip. "Alright."

And she follows Dubh.

"I apologgize. I thought the saining celebration over... but the call is from Aiden Lowell, of Silverwolf" A pause "He says it's a matter of haste"

"How odd. Alright."

She takes the phone. "Hello?"

"Baroness Derynwydd. I apologize for taking you from your duties."

"This is Baron Aiden Lowell, of Silverwolf Barony. Your folk did some business, some time back, with our kennels."

"I imagine that you had reason. And yes, we were rather honored - Yuri is doing quite well!"

"It is of Yuri that I am calling. Have you been apprised of the weather situation of the Northeast edge of Concordia?"

"As I understand there is quite a storm. We have some snow here, which is unusual, but not unheard of. But Apples and Grass have been hit with ice?"

"There is more to it than the mortal storm, though that has been cause enough for alarm. There is a storm blowing in that is touched by the dreaming. I fear..." Oh she can practically HEAR the wince, the pained look in his expression as he admits, "That an ill-timed request of mine may have been... not unrelated to the cause."

"Pardon?"

He clears his throat a few times, or perhaps that's just static on the line. "The storm is dangerous, and is threatening not just the mortal's roads, but the silver path as well, between my own domain, and Bergen way, and possibly further on as the ripples carry. Yuri is of a line of Trod Guardians. They are bred hearty and strong, wise and true, to travel the silver and protect their charges along the path. I would call on his help now. Him, and his brothers and sisters, all of Mischka's line, to patrol and protect the silver paths of Apples through this storm. Imbolc is nigh, and the fire brands must get through."

"They must. If the Silver is under threat, we all must respond. I will send Yuri and alert the Rovers."

"Thank you, Baron, for calling me. I will make haste."

"Baroness, I will owe you a boon. When all is said and done, please visit, or send one of yours to Silverwolf."

"I have some recently sained fledges with itchy hooves - I might take you up on this. Look for Yuri soon!"

"I will. Fair Imbolc, to you and yours." He hangs up.

"Dubh, send for Hastien!"

He bows "Righ away, my liege" And the horn is sounded

And soon, Hastien and Yuri are on their way
