Easter Eggs!

Easter eggs mean painting!

Finding eggs means happy childlings!

Happy Childlings and painting means happy Sparrow!

Grete proudly hands out oval polished stones - egg-like, and each with it's own pattern, courtesy of the stone itself!

"I'm gonna go sit on mine" Stu declares and rushes off craddling his stone

"You want basiliks?" Felicity yells afer him "Cause that's how you get basilisks.. " SHe pauses "Or is that cockatraces?"

Grete laughs. "Don't worry, these are just rocks. I found and polished them. Now if I found one like this already shiny in the wild... then I'd be curious..."

"Well, I like mine" Cathir admits "You really shined it up beauifully, Grete, Thank you"

She grins, "I thought you'd like it, it's not quite gwydion gold, but it's still golden yellow. Kinda buttery. Like if you buttered a falcon."

She nods "I like it's soft, but not TOO girly."

Ashlee blushes nearby. Hers is girly, well as girly as rocks get.

"Do you think Sparrow will like hers?" Showing a particular stone to the girls, a little shyly.

"It's not from nearby, I had to ask Miss Cleo to order me the stone online... but -I- liked it..."

"This piece came from a quarry in Missouri, and that's where she came from, so I thought she's maybe like it... and it's colorful."

Cathir nods "Sparrow will love it because it looks like nature painted it, and because of the story behind it... she spent a lot of time in Missour and has folks she loved there so that is a great idea!"

Grete grins to Cathir. "Thanks. You know her best, so if you say she'll like it, I know she will."

"Yeah, we DO go way back" She says happily, then a smile to Grete "Okay Uhm.. I know you like rocks and things but do you like chocolate?"

"I mean, yeah? Who doesn't?"

"Well, there are no chocolatte stones percy" She means Per se, but she's a kid "So I had a little help from Mary Ellen and uhm. Stay right here" And she runs off, then comes back witth, is that a chocolate bunny? NO, it's a chocolate Lion!

"I meant it to be in the same posture as the mountain? Because that mountain is stone ?"

"Ooooooh neat! That's MUCH cooler than a chocolate rabbit..."

The lion looks a bit lazy and content, maybe smugly so.

Maybe he deserves to be bit

Grete unceremoniously breaks off his tail and munches.

"It's good!"
