"Rude I can do" Rose says. And Nessa knows it's true

Nessa stifles a giggle.

Ross smiles "There's no safe way to respond to this for me is there"

"Nah" She smiles though

"How'd you get way out in the boonies, though?"

"Not sure I.. may have panicked.. ran even as my legs were fading?"

"Possibly."

"Thank goodness you had your phone!"

"That's how you found me isn't it?" She says

"Yes, because I'm a hacker." She rolls her eyes at dad a bit.

"See! She admits it" Ross says

Rose smirks "Good. Hack Scientology, take the money and run, honey"

"Oh no no. I'm not touching THAT one. Sparrow, are there a LOT of these Autumn guys out there?"

"Fortunately, not THAT many..."

"Enough, though, to be cautious."

"What can we do about them?" Rose asks

Sigh. "I usually try to give them a wide berth - don't try to change them, try to change others around them, to keep them bright."

Rose sighs "I kindn of wish I could solve it with an arrow"

"I get that."

And they close on the hold.

Sparrow parks the jeep and goes to help the centaurs navigate out.

"Ow my back" Ross half jokes

Rose says "Be glad you remember yours" And hops out

She offers Nessa a steadying hand for the step down.

And Ross takes his wife's arm and fast trots her to the fire

A smile to Sparrow. “Do you always run to the rescue yourself? Not send your people or troops?”
