"Oh goodness, gracious. Help?" From the dungeon cell.

The fiona in the cell fusses and makes sure her long gloves are still clean, and most importantly, her magnificent hat is not crimped

A silver-haired childlign with luminous eyes blinks at the fine lady.

"Oh, you tried to flicker-flash in, didn't you?"

"I heard the bell."

"Oh, hello dear. I'm Dio... and yes. Yes I did" She says "or rather I was flickerflashed by a friend. Have I done something wrong ?"

A sniff "oh I need to talk to Sparrow about the decor in this cell. This is dismal. It's the sort of thing a Balor would put in"

BIG eyes. "Oh, don't talk about them! They might come back!"

"You just wait, I'll get Miss Hope!" And the piskie scurries off.

A page, after all, must above all else be swift!

"Well, thank you ..." A pause "What an adorable young girl"

Dio paces, then after a moment's thought, reaches into her bag and begins to pull out a few things from it. As is not atypical in changeling society, the bag fits more than one would think. Soon a few touches are being put up in the cell, starting with some new curtains (Windows not needed for them really)

"Miss Hope! There's a SIDHE in the welcome cell!"

Hope looks about "Oh dear. Did the sidhe give a name? Did he or she have certain colors? "

"She called herself Dio and asked for Sparrow. She was very pretty and was not pleased that the cell looked like the balor decorated it."

"...She had a truly magnificent hat."

"Well a Balor DId decorate it, and.. oh dear.. well, let's hope no one evil would have a truly magnificent hat. Thank you, Irene. You're a wonderful page. I'll get to it right away"

"Thank you, Miss Hope! I will go page by the library, if you please..."

"Of course dear. if you want a snack later, Mary Ellen has some appletarts but don't eat IN the library"

"Oh, Stu would be very upset if I did, I know."

"oh, and Nessa's brush is missing, keep an eye out for it will you?" nOt a chastisement, just a gentle hint to please return if she's done with it. Hope gathers her things and heads towards the dungeon cells

"Oh! I forgot! I'll fix it!"

Another smile at that. Irene IS a fine girl, and out of all the pages, she's one of the most dedicated. Oh Ashlee is a hard worker, no doubt, but Irene's shear energy and hop to it ness has been a lovely surprise.

Of course, while Hope wastes lilttle time, somehow when she gets down to the dungeon cell, ..redecorated

And Dio is reading a book

Hope blinks, and double checks the kith of the woman in the cell. Well, she's a sidhe, not a boggan.

And introductions are made.

Hope comes up looking for Sparrow

Sparrow is reading!

"Baroness Derrynwydd , an informal audience is requested"

"Oh?" She looks up, wings perking. "Hopefully it's not trouble."

"Well, that depends on how you feel about a dungeon cell being spruced up."

"Ahem" A familiar voice speaks up "In my defense, it was dreary and drab and so UN you, Sparrow"

Peeking out around the corner behind Hope is the brim of a magnificent hat

"Dio!" Sparrow bounces to her feet and over to swoop the Fiona into a hug.

"SPARROW!" Girl squee moment

and hugs

"I take it you two are friends" Hope says deadpan

"Dio fostered with me!"

"Oh, yes. Sparrow and I go way back. But oh" Dio looks about "Sparrow you've come so far! Your own hold! And so much of it lovely! "

"Oh, you haven't seen the best parts, I'm sure..." She grabs her hand to pull her to the great archways that lead to the balcony - and the wide open sky beyond.

"Well I am sure I could help with a few to-" Then Dio sees the view as they go out to the balcony and says "Oh Sparrow, don't you dare change a thing. "

Hope smiles and motions for Clarence to fetch drinks for the two friends

A happy sigh. "Right?"

"It's so perfect for you" Dio says "Even before you could fly you were in love with the sky and what a view"

"It's a different painting every day. So, wait, how did you hear?"

And Clarence is there with a tray of drinks to choose from

"Oh, Clarence! Thank you! Dio, this is Clarence, Steward Hope's right-hand man. Be warned, it's probably a strong drink." Impish smile.
