Sylvi listens, then nods. "I hadn't really thought about that. I mean...I never saw Harkson. But I can see how that could happen. Balor are twisted, and they can twist the way we see things, too. And you didn't know the Baroness before this." She sits on the edge of the bed and changes her shoes to something a little lighter than travel boots. "I didn't quite know what to make of her the first time I met her, either. I was a childling...well...almost a wilder, and I was having some attitude issues about sidhe and nobility, so I didn't think I could trust her. But the more I saw of her and the more I heard, the more I learned that she's genuinely decent. She really cares. So you're right...she's worth helping." She checks her hair and make up in the mirror, makes some touch-ups. "I wouldn't have a clue how to do the job of Steward, though. It sounds like, even if you're not sure you can do everything, you at least have an idea on what you need to learn. That's a step up on a lot of us."
