"See" He brightens again, then admits "Ok, I know you can't talk straight and dad says that's okay, but that was SUPER scary whatever it was. " He rubs his arms less cocky, "It's not gonna come back is it?"

"I think maybe it eats rust?"

"It was sniffin'"

"Huh... like that Conner guy."

Something catches the light coming in from the door.

Not as perceptive as his sister, Egon misses the Shine at first.

Coo?

She looks over at the flicker.

When they look over, there is the pile of bike parts - where she left them, still disassembled... but now shining silver. The paint is still chipped and missing, but all of the rust has fallen off and is in a small heap right where the drake had crouched. Along with a couple hoof prints. The poor beast!

"Oh, wow! I guess it was here to help!"

"Oh crap. I'm going to become a sith lord now." The boy winces.

He has attacked an innocent helpful creature, like a boggan? Egon makes up his mind to seek out this noble creature and apologize.

Those claw marks in the dirt of the yard may give him pause. They are rather long.

But then again, Egon is a mighty Wyrmstomper. He fears naught!

Amity provides helpful Darth Vader breathing noises.

Why at this age, he doesn't even know the MEANING of the word Naught! and spells it with a K!

"Ga!" He says as his sister makes those noses, "I don't WANT to have respiratory distress." That's right, he knows respiratory distress but not naught. Education can be spotty.

"What about a cool helmet?"

"A DARK Helmet," He says.

"DARTH Helmet!" Delighted!

"May the schwartz be with you!"

He grins, "Dad knows some fun ones." He look at the bike parts "What's with the bike parts? Oo you gonna get mom's help? I bet she'd like to see."

"Nooo. it's... it's a secret surprise."

"Okay," He says dubious, and if he thinks about this later he might wonder if he gave up a great chance at blacmail. "Well, fine. I'm gonna get some smores."

And off he goes, trotting.

Amity exhales once he's gone, and drops down to sit on the floor by her project.
