A familiar barking howling...Brown Dog and Two Bit? what are they doing out so far?

A brow furrow, and she steers Star in that direction.

Sure enough, the two dogs are glowing with enchantment and racing towards her

"Hey, aren't those YOUR dogs?"

"They... are..." A wary look.

And now that the dogs are nearby, they bark at her furiously, then look towards the area where the Barn is

Two Bit snorts as well, she means it!

Brown Dog whimpers a bit worriedly and tries to get them to follow

"Fuck. Okay, I'm comin'."

"me too" The satyress gets her horse into gear, and the two race towards Dagmar's house. The dogs chasing behind them

They can feel the glamour spiking from here!

She urges Star to a gallop!

Towering over the house, the chimera is huge...it howls "I ate your sister, that's why she's gone, that's why she's gone!"

The shape of the the thing reminds her of something, a puppet at a show, it looked a lot more benign, but it jumped out of curtains and scared CJ by surprise. He had a nightmare, but that was a year ago.

Everything is exploding with glamour even as it rants and stomps!

Jaymes is hacking at its feet and Tove calls out "CJ It's okay!"

"Yeah, no."

A look at Dee. "You take left." She sets Flyswatter like a lance.

"I got right."

Dee nods "On it, " And lowers a war lance and streaks towards the left.

A kick of her heels, and she has Star CHARGE.

The puppet thing looms over.. wait, on the roof, there's a troll childling there!

Dagmar takes right, Dee takes left, and the creature howls in pain as red fluff explodes rather than blood because that's what a child thought puppet blood looked like

"Swear, those kiddie shows have the worst character designs..."

"I know right? Remember the nice crayola colors we had? I mean, sure a bit bright but better than this" Dee turns for another pass

Jaymes strikes and stabs.

The Puppet lies, it lies to hurt "She's leaving you! She's leaving all of you! You were BAD, CJ! That's why she's leaving you!"

Dagmar flinches.

More nightmares begin to spawn. Tove yells "that's not true, CJ. Your sister is not leaving because you are bad."

The smaller nightmares look like small spawnings of the giant, no more than six feet tall but if enough form this will get messy

She looks up at the roof. "Ceej?"

CJ looks down, seemingly miserable "Sissy? I got so much in my head but Redeyes won't let the good things out!"

"Is momma right? I wasn't bad?" He asks

Dee's horse tramples a spawning

"You're not bad, CJ. That old thing's just a big nasty liar."

"I can tell when somebody lies. It's my special magic, right?"

"It is" CJ nods

"And did you see? You have special magic now, too. Like me, and Mom, and Dad."

"I can use the magic?" CJ asks her, almost for permission

Spawnings go down all around, some hit by lightning, some burned, as the parents clear the excess but the big thing seems to just have so much fluff blood that wounding it is not doing much

Oski scratches at some of them, take that, and that!

looks like the kitten is on the roof protecting the boy!
